    Good Points: The catalogue and website promise a range of really lovely things for the garden


    Bad Points: Unfortunately Plantstuff forgot to advertise anywhere on the website that the cut-off for Christmas delivery was 5pm December 12 (it is there now though). Despite ordering on 13th I was not informed that my order would not be delivered and it was not mentioned on the invoice either


    General comments: I am incredibly disappointed with this company. It was not until I chased them that I found that the order would not be delivered until 2008 - otherwise I would have not made it! When I rung up I was told there was nothing they could do as their system would not allow them to process orders now. I cannot believe the disdain with which some of these internet companies treat their customers.
