    Good Points: Great customer service, good range


    Bad Points: With so many products it was a little difficult to navigate their site


    General comments: I received my first order in only 2 days with no problems, excellent! My second order arrived damaged, but Greenfingers customer service replaced the damaged item immediately. Very pleased with the company's response to this problem. Very happy to see they are starting to do plants as well - I hope to shop a lot there this year.

    Bought a wooden garden furniture set and subsequently a fire basket and some furniture covers from Greenfingers. Service has been excellent and the product quality is really good.
