ok we went to the fall Halloween event were they have rides!!! Six tickets just to ride the merry go round !!!!! This place is a rip off. Do not go because u will spend to much on tickets just to ride maybe two rides for that price!!! Not worth it!!! (read more)

I have just bought some garden seat covers from the Garden Factory - they arrived in two days. There's was the only site (and I spent hours searching) that provided me with a stacking seat cover big enough to cover my four garden stacked chairs - though they described it as a "high back seat" cover. Excellent service, cheap covers and the only supplier who could fit my requirements. Well done the Garden Factory. (read more)

Just thought I would comment on The Garden Factory as I got great service and no hassle which does not always happen with some of the website cowboys.

What impressed me most was the fast turn around of the stuff I bought - it came 2 days after I ordered it and I liked the idea that the outer packaging was re-used boxes which saves chucking it in the ground !

If you are into gardening there is plenty of stuff to choose from. (read more)

I found The Garden Factory when I was looking for some Christmas gifts and managed to find loads of stuff for my 'difficult to find for' family members !

I even left it right to the last minute before Christmas for one garden ing item and it still arrived before the day. I would recommend you have a look as they have some great stuff (read more)

The Garden Factory has a large stock of popular gardening goods and products available to buy on-line. The site is very easy to navigate and to find what you are looking for. They deliver quickly to the UK only

Compared to some other gardening products sites, this one is clear and very easy to go directly to the products you are after. They also have some good offers to! (read more)

I wish I had found this page 40 days before as I have paid for gates, but as yet non have arrived. They don't reply to emails or voice messages, the phone is never answered & the company doing my garden need the gates.

I order a tool shed in March from The Garden Factory. They confirmed my order and took my money. I am still awaiting delivery - 5 weeks later. I have tried to telephone them but it either rings constantly or there is an answerphone message that promises a call back but they never do. I have e-mailed and have only received a vague e-mail promising my item would be shipped "shortly" and would arrive by 3-day overnight freight. I am still waiting. (read more)

I ordered using The Garden Factory's website which was quick and easy to use. There were some great offers and I bought a few early Christmas presents as well as a lovely teak furniture set which was half price!

I made a mistake on my credit card details but the company rang me and sorted out the problem very efficiently and the person I spoke to was helpful and polite.

I got another call to arrange delivery which actually arrived when they said it would and I must say the furniture looks... (read more)
