    I've had the Panasonic DVD-LA95 for several years in both a home and business environment, and it has always been dependable. It offers a good picture, and it is well constructed. The hinges and latches hold up well too. The sound quality is mediocre, and the speakers point straight up instead of toward the viewer. I got a set of small Sony external speakers, and what a difference! I would never use the player with a client without an external speaker. I got the large auxillary battery to snap on for travel, and it has been very useful. It extends the charge life by 6 to 8 hours.
