    Originally, I had some trouble getting the order delivered to the correct address and then getting the correct missing items sent, but my large order (to the Netherlands) did eventually arrive in full and, on the whole, I found ZipVit's customer service very helpful, personal and service-oriented.

    Be aware!!! I ordered from ZipVit over five weeks ago and I have still not got my Glucosamine. You would think that a mail order company would be able to provide you with your order within AT THE MOST 28 days!!! I was mistaken. After several calls and no help from customer service I have pretty much written off my money. I have now ordered from another company anyway who I found to be much more reliable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

    I have been ordering from Zipvit for about 3 years and always get my glucosamine within a few days. I have never had a problem.

    Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and I never received it and when I contacted them they could not find a record of my order. I felt this was very unprofessional for an online retailer. Seemed extremely disorganised. Eventually got my order over a month later and needless to say, I won't be ordering again. They sell cheap supplements but I was disappointed with the service. Would not recommend.
