I have ordered Zipvit products for years. They usually arrive the next day and I have recommended several friends who have had the same service. Their products are very competitively priced. If I have had a query it has always been dealt with pleasantly. Their website has been improved and it is now easy to order online.

Zipvit energy drink extreme.
I got some of the zipvit energy drink extreme and I just cant drink the stuff. Its disgusting!
It is supposed to taste like fruit punch. But it actually tastes very much like sweat! And not in a good way!
I am no wimp when it comes to drinking things that don't taste so good. If I'm training and it contains what my body needs, I will drink it. But I wont be drinking this stuff. I will also have trouble giving it away as you really have to force yourself to...

I have used zipvit for three years, they are often NOT very pleasant when you ring and the internet option takes so long to accept payment it frequently loses the order. If you ring to query an internet order the internet "lady" is hardly ever available and NEVER on a weekend! Reasonable products at reasonable prices but order taking is definitely not the best I have experienced. Wouldn't necessarily recommend. Looks like a big company but often doesn't live up to it with customer service. (read more)

I ordered from Zipvit after the Glucosamine and Emu oil was recommended by four of my wife's friends. I was sceptical of their claims. I have arthritis and asked my doctor about the contents. He said it had all the right ingredients and to try it. I did and it was magic. My shoulder, which did not respond much to pain killers was sorted after one application. I used to buy from the factory shop for many years when living in England and was always happy with the quality, selection and price of the products. On moving to Italy I could not find similar products so turned to Zipvit online. Their order arrived as quickly as any other bought online without any products missing. I have since recommended them to another friend and she too has received her order promptly not only to Italy but also to New Zealand. (read more)

Originally, I had some trouble getting the order delivered to the correct address and then getting the correct missing items sent, but my large order (to the Netherlands) did eventually arrive in full and, on the whole, I found ZipVit's customer service very helpful, personal and service-oriented. Be aware!!! I ordered from ZipVit over five weeks ago and I have still not got my Glucosamine. You would think that a mail order company would be able to provide you with your order within AT THE MOST 28 days!!! I was mistaken. After several calls and no help from customer service I have pretty much written off my money. I have now ordered from another company anyway who I found to be much more reliable. Was not very happy with my shopping experience of ZipVit at all. Placed an order and I never received it and when I contacted them they could not find a record of my order. I felt this was very unprofessional for an online retailer. Seemed extremely disorganised. Eventually got my order over a month later and needless to say, I won't be ordering again. They sell cheap supplements but I was disappointed with the service. Would not recommend. (read more)

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS WRITER - I USE ZIP VIT BECAUSE THEY USUALLY WORK OUT CHEAPEST BUT THE TELEPHONE OPERATORS ARE NOT PLEASANT AND DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS - WISH I COULD FIND SOMEWHERE AS CHEAP BECAUSE I WOULD USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF I COULD.
