I am on a Dairy, egg and yeast free diet and have found it hard sometimes to find tasty food that is satisfying. I love all the Clives products i have tried and have just ordered all the ones i haven't tried yet to fill my freezer. The Punka Punka Ice cream is fantastic, can't tell anything is missing at all Yummy just bought two 500 tubs lol. Really good choice, and competitive prices (though there are certain things that I buy from another on-line health store). Plus, I was really pleased to find somewhere I could buy non-dairy yoghurt and other fresh food on-line, and at the same price that I was buying it from my local health food shop: I expected to have to pay more. “Be careful if you elect a safe place for your delivery”

Ordered for the first time from Goodness Direct at the beginning of this week - approx £40 of frozen fruit. I selected the option to deliver to my garage if nobody was home, and selected "any week day" as the preferred delivery day. I did not hear anything regarding a delivery, and by chance happened upon a box of completely defrosted fruit in my garage today (Friday), which had apparently been delivered on Tuesday, so has been defrosting for 3 days. We shop at Goodness Direct regulary, normally every month or two. We started shopping with this company when we became vegan and its been a big help. We've been able to get lots of food items we need that we would struggle to get locally. In fact a lot of what we buy we cannot get locally. I've been ordering mainly dried fruit from Goodness Direct for some months now. I am especially delighted with the way the goods are packaged: a sturdy box which usually sits next to the system box of my desktop computer, ready for me to dip into it. I have found that all the dried fruit is securely packed in plastic packs with nutritional details and country of origin. I shall recommend Goodness Direct to all my friends and acquaintances. They emailed explaining one item was out of stock the day after I placed my order and the refund for this item was processed promptly. Delivery time for the order was very fast at just 2 days. I am a celiac, so I ordered three types of gluten free cookies from the gluten free smorgasbord that is the selection at Goodness Direct. Everything was a bit battered when it arrived - I am not living in the UK - but that is to expect when sending GF cookies in the mail. I ordered two Lazy Day products, ginger snaps and shortbread, and some Trufree digestives. I am very happy with Goodness Direct. The website has a very broad range of the goods I want. It means I can just do my shopping for Fair trade tea or Ecover etc all in one place.
Free delivery on orders of over £40 works well for me, and they have always been prompt in delivery with everything ordered. The packaging balls are also bio-degradable!

And as you said any day, why didn't you check in there each day? How on earth can that be Goodness Direct's fault?
