    Good Points: Wearable clothes for work, home and travel


    General comments: I have been a long time Lands End customer - over 10 years - probably 15 years. I can honestly say that since they transitioned over to offering items at Sears stores, I feel the quality of the clothes has noticeably gone downhill. That, and the fact that they do not offer a 'tailored' line anymore was the two main reasons I do not buy their clothes anymore.

    Love the selection of slender sizes for children! Great selection of casual wear for the family.

    I'm not too impressed with my shopping experience. I think I'll stick with Next...next day delivery and free returns and good quality clothes.

    I don't buy a lot from Land's End because they're quite expensive compared to other mail order catalogues, but everything I have got from them has been excellent quality and very comfortable. Their clothes wash well and last for years, so overall I would say they are worth the price. They give you plenty of information about their manufacturing processes, making the catalogues a good read!
