    Placed an order after receiving a Vertbaudet baby catalogue as part of a Bounty pack. On the order form it said there was a £10 discount for orders over £20 on all full price items. After ordering, received a letter saying that I owed this extra £10 and on enquiring was told that the item did not qualify as it had previously been on sale at a higher price, although this was not shown in anyway in the catalogue they gave with the order form. Invited to pay extra but appears an underhand way of offering one price and then increasing it.

    Avoid like plague! My wife was lured to Vertbaudet with some £10 off and 20% off coupons and asked me order 5 items. Items on their webshop are unique and original, to be fair. But I had no idea what kind of an ordeal I was to go through: The shopping bag system is a disaster. Coupons are not valid on most items. After ordering I didn't receive an order number or customer number, nothing. Then their shipping agents claim they can't find your house while Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS makes daily ...

    Having been a Vertbaudet customer for 10 years I have today closed my account with them following a disasterous 3 week wrangle with their extremely unhelpful and lazy Customer Services.

    Vertbaudet inundate you with special order promotions especially via e-mail and then fail to pass them on leaving you to fight your corner with the above mentioned people in customer services and a manager who i truly believe does not exist as she is completely unobtainable.

    absolute rubbish! lost orders, Vertbaudet take your money even though they dont have half the things you order! delivery times............what delivery time, am still waiting!!!! not to mention that they charge you for delivery too. Will never order from them again, total rubbish.

    I used a special order form giving a free toy with each order plus free delivery and £10 off orders above £20. Vertbaudet cashed my cheque straight away but wrote to me to ask for more money. They wanted an extra £13.99 (being the £10 I'd taken off as my offer discount and the delivery charge that was supposed to be free).     I have had two bad experiences with Vertbaudet. First, I placed an order for a sleeping bag, which was in stock. My card was charged for it straight away but the item arrived more than a month after and I had to call various times to chase it (which costs a fortune). No apologies for this from the company!

    Vertbaudet are a great mail order company for stylish and different kids clothes from baby to 12yrs. prices can be high to begin with but they are always adding offers and incentives. Lots of good points - Style, offers, returns, quickness of delivery

    Where do I start?
    Registered as a new customer and paid just fine (well I thought so!) but couldn't log on again to check my order. After 7 days and no news I called and it seems that orders placed through their website took longer to process than the ones placed over the phone. I was told to wait another 7/10 working days fo delivery.

    I ordered maternity trousers and a black bandeau with Vertbaudet, impressed by their prices and money-off offer for a first order. 6 weeks later I had heard nothing, and contacted them - their automated phone line simply didn't work (it kept sending me back to the same message, again and again), so I sent an email.     I was looking to geta desk for my little girl for Christmas. Saw the same desk at 2 different prices on their website, ordered the cheaper one plus matching chair. Emailed customer services 2 days later & was given a dispatch date, Got automatically generated email at 1am the next day to say desk was out of stock and order could not be fulfilled.     Some clothes are ok, but some of them are poor quality. Very very poor customer service, didn't seem to want to help. I don't want to order from Vertbaudet again.

    I have ordered 2 items but they charged me for a different order which i never placed. they charged for the two orders I never placed.when i called them customer care said that my order is not arrived yet but i was already charged heavily for which i have not ordered.For getting money back i had to follow up and call them for a week. after getting my money back they called me after a month and told me that my new order is dispatched. but in fact i never ordered.

    I just e-mailed them today expressing my anger. I believe I have ordered more than 3 times and they are always delayed each time. In August 2008, I ordered a baby sleeping bag and it's now October, no sign of it whatsoever. I have been very patient with them on some of the products I ordered as I don't need to use them right away, but the baby sleeping bag is urgent!     In my experience I would not recommend Vertbaudet. They take shuch a long time to deliver the items. On 10th of september 2008 I decided to order some goods for my baby because they had special offers for "new customers" . they said that the delivery would take 5-7 days...after 3 weeks I did not receive all the things I ordered ,so i called them just to find out that they did not have it in stock!!!...they didnt even send me an email at less to let me know about it......today 14 of october ...

    I was sent and charged for items I never ordered. Money was debited from my bank account for two free gifts and after two phone calls and 7 days later I have not received a refund yet. Stock levels seem to be low in my experience and delivery unpredictable. Money seems to be debited the minute an item is despatched but getting a refund is proving very difficult! I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Vertbaudet - I have been sent and charged for items of clothing that I never ordered. I have also been charged for a free gift. Seemingly poor stock levels mean that delivery times are unpredictable.

    I would not recommend them to anyone. I would advise not to be tempted by the free gift, they sent me two by mistake and debited the money for them both! I have yet to receive a refund.

    In particular, the children's storage units from Vertbaudet (green, white and pink cubes) I felt were mediocre at best. The three different colours, although otherwise supposedly identical, have all been slightly different. This is in both how you put them together and how they look (yes, all three appear to be different so be careful if ordering more than one colour).

    i ordered the trainers on the 21st of august, it is now the 28th and i have heard nothing from them yet i have received no email confirming my purchase and the money has been debited from my account. i tried to log onto my account and i couldn't so then tried to re-register for them then to say my post code wasn't valid. i called them and they said due to it being a bank holiday when i placed my order they had nothing on record for me but by tuesday at latest i should hear something from them it ...

    Did not fulfil my orders. twice I've ordered and never received items. this time i ordered 11 items 1 was not available so they didn't send my whole order. what about the other 10 items? they charged my card £98 though and i still haven't been able to get a refund 2 months later. so I'm £98 down and no items.
