    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Dirty, some unhelpful staff staff, damp, bathroom a disgrace, no maid service.


    General comments: We arrived at the hotel to be told we were in the wrong place due to overbooking but then the hotel decided when we asked for proof that there was a water leak that we were never even told about. Some staff were unhelpful towards our enquiries. The bathroom was nearly flooded every time someone had a shower, there was no window in the bathroom, no air con, the bedroom had a window into the corridor with prison bars across it, the bedroom only seemed to get cleaned once.
    Some staff seemed reluctant to help. I would never visit again as the hotel is not a 2 or 3 star, it needs serious help and needs immediate assistance.

    We travelled in a small group (18, 19, 19) and booked with Thomsom "freestyle", when we first arrived at the hotel the reception area is a bit dingy but don't let that put you off!
    While we were waiting for our rooms to be ready the reps give a welcome talk and try and book you in on all their bar crawls and stuff, we didn't go on any of their trips, as you can do it yourself and not be stuck to them all the time.     Very good location as less than 2 minutes walk to watever you want ie young adult nighlife or just a relax in a good old fashioned British pub. I ate in different establishments over the 10 nights from English to Chinese and never ate a bad meal so food is not a problem. The rooms in hotel are very basic with no frills but always cleaned and beds changed, the hotel entertainment left a lot to be desired hence why nobody seemed interested in it.

    Firstly I must stress that unless you are about 17-25 year old who wants to booze and party all night from 12 midnight til 5.30am then please do NOT stay in this hotel! We have just come back from staying at the Las Piramides Hotel Apartments and our holiday was ruined. Tenerife was lovely, great weather, cheap food, drink, plenty to do everything was perfect.     Overall holiday was great, as was the hotel, but the main concern was the cleaners who don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. On the second day they took our only tea towel and never replaced it, as they don't speak any English it was impossible to request a new one. They also liked to call round sometimes as early as 8:30, which after a night on the drink is far too early.     Resort under construction, lots of unfinished building work. I went to visit a relative otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Now I have been I wouldn't go back.

    The location of the Las Piramides Hotel Apartments in Playa De Las Americas is great. It is literally a stroll down the road to a selection of restaurants and bars, and it's 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous Los Cristianos beach, which is much nicer than Las Americas beach. We were only a 10 minute walk away to the strip and some great clubs. Tramps is brilliant, and we both loved it!! We wish we were still there now!!!!

    I would recommend the Las Piramides Hotel Apartments in Playa de Las Americas to anyone. Have already booked to go to the Pirimedes next year, but for 2 weeks this time, as a week wasn't long enough! I can't wait!

    The location of this hotel, I would say, is second to none and the hotel itself is great. It has everything you need including two large swimming pools, restaurant (which we didn't eat in so can't comment on the food, but the menu looked nice), on site supermarket, internet (quite expensive I might add) and, most importantly, a happy hour at the bar!

    Playa de Las Americas, Las Piramides Hotel Apartments - amazing place beautiful, extremely clean, close to everything it is 3 mins walk to all shops and restaurants, 5 mins walk to the beach, it's just wonderful and warm.

    Staff very helpful and Las Piramides was very clean. Rooms basic but clean, my apartment got sun all day long. Was a mixed age group show every nite happy hour was brill booking for next Jan

    I had one of the best rooms in the complex at The Las Piramides Hotel in Tenerife (P412). The cleaners keep the place tip-top. Clean bed linen twice in one week, and clean towels every day. Toasters, a safe and fans for hire. The holiday was cheap.

    It was a really great stay. I was anxious before I went to Tenerife because of all the reviews I have read. But I am here to tell you that the Las Piramides is the place to be!!;) it is clean and safe ( there is always a security guard around to come to your rescue!) the staff are very friendly and I only saw one cockroach throughout the whole week! the only problem I had was that there was no air con. but you can hire a fan from reception.     Playa de Las Americas, Las Piramides Hotel Apartments - The Piramides are nice apartments, although I reckon that some rooms are haunted!!! I went out for the night, and when I came back, two glasses had moved from out on the balcony to inside the sink. On another occasion, I was having a shower, and someone started moving the curtain.     Playa de Las Americas, Las Piramides Hotel Apartments - I just returned from the Las Piramides last week. I went with my girlie friend and we had the best time ever!!!! The resort was beautiful and the clubs and pubs were cheap and great fun! The entertainment put on by the reps was fantastic. I would definitely go back there like a shot but I would say, this is a definitely a younger person's holiday who doesn't mind noise and is willing to have FUN!!!! That's all this holiday was made for!!

    Las Piramides Hotel Apartments is a lovely friendly place to stay. The entertainment and bar staff were superb and couldn't do enough to please. Plenty to do in the evenings with quizzes, bingo, karaoke and a good act on each evening. The accommodation is basic but very clean and tidy throughout, including around the pools. We went at Easter, which is fairly family orientated, so it wasn't too rowdy. The place is big enough to get away from the noise if there is any though!!

    Las Piramides Hotel Apartments is a clean if dated and basic complex which will appeal to a younger clientele. Almost all British/Irish staying there. I would not stay again because of the noise but it was a last minute deal and you get what you pay for. Next time I'd pay a little more for a higher standard.
