When checking out the total was much more than I expected. When I checked this was Because there were several unwanted additions to the bill, some sort of club Deal that had been added automatically. This was extremely presumptuous And completely wrong. Also the items we wanted were from different suppliers so would have charged Delivery on each item. I was told my camera was in stock which was good as I needed the camera in 10 days. I received an email telling me it would arrive within 2 to 3 working days. After the third day I rang to ask where it was, I was told it had not been in stock but would now arrive Friday or Monday. I bought a pair of Dect phones from their site. At the time of ordering I was unaware that they were being delivered from Spain (Maxmobil) which took 8 days to arrive. On arrival the chargers had EU type plugs (no mention of this on Pixmania website) so I bought 2 EU-UK adaptors off Amazon at a cost of £4-98. It was the Adapators I bought that I had to damage NOT the ones on the phone chargers. NO adaptor was supplied or offered.
No one is mentioning the £6-40 it cost me to send the phones back which were faulty. Through no fault of my own and ending up with no product I am £11-38 out of pocket, do you think that is good customer service?

The French Company made life impossible by making the registration site pages defaulting back to French every time you moved to the page in the registration process. When you then correct the page to go back to English you have to start all over again, hence your in a never ending loop which is very frustrating and impossible to get on with. Drive arrived within 3 days of order and luckily works well! Courier delivered drive to next door neighbour as i was out and dropped the box containing the disk drive on the grass! Power 2- 3 pin adapter in box however open with screw in bottom of box. This was potentially very dangerous if it had been clipped back together and plugged in the socket as it would have fallen apart again and exposed the live metal contacts! I've bought a lot of different items for my new house over the past 2 months which don't have appeared to have turned up at all. It's been about 3 weeks since I order some folder dividers were ordered but I haven't had anything in the post. Having made over 20 orders keeping track of the orders is tricky as there doesn't appear to be any form of order manager.
