A very nice and good value blueray player. Two thoughts, the instruction manual was in various languages but NOT English. Also the plug on the player was continental NOT English.

This product was despatched by DHL Global, and I think that to have to wait 13 days for something costing over £60.00 is a bit too long. Why is the product sent to DHL Global to sort and then delivered by the Royal Mail?.

ABYSMAL SERVCE FROM PIXMANAI - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased a converter cable for my Cowon MP3 player (it was the best price on the web I could find). I paid extra for the 2/3 days delivery option.

It took them 2 days to dispatch the order and nearly a week to deliver it.

I complained and requested a refund or part refund of the delivery charge, or for the Customer Service Department to refer the complaint on if they could not authorise this.

Pixmania's service is the worst I have encountered so far.
I originally thought that the ink cartridges was a very good price, but then they charged me £3 for a second class postage when it should have been way cheaper. Then to cap it all off the item arrived 3 weeks late.
I did send customer support some emails, but had no reply... some customer support.
After ordering only a simple item, with the cost of postage, the time it took to deliver, the total lack of any customer support I can ...

Effortless buying through pixmania: choosing goods, paying, delivery etc. - it all worked well. However my efforts to track delivery met with no success and customer support by mail was completely unhelpful. So I could not track the delivery but it arrived on-time anyway.

I was searching for their reputation as I have been subject to poor service via internet sellers before. I have no axe to grind here, but while reading reviews I have noticed that the majority of good reviews for Pixmania that appear here are from guests.
It is sufficient to put me off saving that extra twenty pounds.

Best price at time of ordering, quick and easy to use website, fast delivery.... I'd definitely recommend Pixmania and would be happy to use them again. The only thing I wasn't so keen on were all the 'optional extras' that were automatically added to my basket when I added the router, however it was easy enough to remove them before confirming the order and entering payment details.

I placed the order and it was confimed. I then recieved a phone message on my answerphone to contact your company. I did so and spoke to a very rude and very ignorant member of your staff, He made me so angry I had to hang up. I was seething. I went on to the website to cancel my order. on doing so I saw that the order had already been cancelled. this suited me just fine. I was about to purchase a sat nav for my son from you. I filled in the order form easily and completed payment. Was expecting to wait a few weeks for delivery but was very impressed when goods arrived a few days later. Only criticism was a slightly damaged box but luckily goods inside did not appear to be damaged. Would definitely use Pixmania again.

absolutely rubbish, poor response from emails, one time the bank transfer didnt work then the next time when i paid by card, it was declined though works everywhere else, and they then took 380 pounds out my bank but had no record of the t.v being bought, enough said complete rubbish

All three items were shown as 'In stock' but, as so many others have found, went out of stock as soon as I placed the order. Pixmania gave no reason for this and no estimated date for the 47" TV to be delivered. They never answered my on-line questions properly and seem to be uncontactable any other way. Very, very poor customer service.
They offered the best price but if you use them, be prepared for a long wait.

This was the only site that showed the Wii Fit in stock and at a very competitive price. It arrived very quickly but could have been better packed - was moving around in the brown delivery box, the bubble wrap should have been wrapped around the items box, not just pushed into the empty space - the actual item was fine.

We ordered the TV on a Sunday, had confirmation on the Monday, a phone call on the Tuesday to confirm the delivery date, a text on the Wednesday telling us the time it would arrive.....it arrived Thursday exactly as confirmed.

Very happy with quality of TV especially when watching HD programmes.

This is the service all companies should strive for.

Will definately use Pixmania again and recommend to all my firends.

My first experience using Pixmania was most successful.Good quality goods at very competitive prices makes it an important future source.The website was most informative with a comprehensive description of the goods and clear ordering instructions.Delivery was within 3 days and the site allows you to follow the progress of your order from the moment of confirmation.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and it was easy to order on the internet with good description of the item. But being a senior citizen, I am unable to set it up on my own as I have a sky hd box. Awaiting a visit from my brother. Ann Hurns.
