When checking out the total was much more than I expected. When I checked this was Because there were several unwanted additions to the bill, some sort of club Deal that had been added automatically. This was extremely presumptuous And completely wrong. Also the items we wanted were from different suppliers so would have charged Delivery on each item. I bought a pair of Dect phones from their site. At the time of ordering I was unaware that they were being delivered from Spain (Maxmobil) which took 8 days to arrive. On arrival the chargers had EU type plugs (no mention of this on Pixmania website) so I bought 2 EU-UK adaptors off Amazon at a cost of £4-98. I had to cut the adaptors I bought to get the EU plug to fit in. After charging had finished the phones did not work so I enquired about returning them which I did at a cost of £6-40.... (read more)

Please note that tampering with an item including the plug renders the warranty invalid.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions some items are delivered with a European plug however we do provide an adaptor.

It was the Adapators I bought that I had to damage NOT the ones on the phone chargers. NO adaptor was supplied or offered.
No one is mentioning the £6-40 it cost me to send the phones back which were faulty. Through no fault of my own and ending up with no product I am £11-38 out of pocket, do you think that is good customer service?

After waiting 11 days and 7 phone calls I Have still not receive my TV. I have been promised call backs which I have not received and after waiting 11 days and counting have only had 20 pounds refunded, think I have spent that on calls. I recieved a non uk electrical item, it was unable to atach it to items I already had and also when contacted product manufactur it wasn't under warranty. Last the instructions went in English. The French Company made life impossible by making the registration site pages defaulting back to French every time you moved to the page in the registration process. When you then correct the page to go back to English you have to start all over again, hence your in a never ending loop which is very frustrating and impossible to get on with. Drive arrived within 3 days of order and luckily works well! Courier delivered drive to next door neighbour as i was out and dropped the box containing the disk drive on the grass! Power 2- 3 pin adapter in box however open with screw in bottom of box. This was potentially very dangerous if it had been clipped back together and plugged in the socket as it would have fallen apart again and exposed the live metal contacts! I've bought a lot of different items for my new house over the past 2 months which don't have appeared to have turned up at all. It's been about 3 weeks since I order some folder dividers were ordered but I haven't had anything in the post. Having made over 20 orders keeping track of the orders is tricky as there doesn't appear to be any form of order manager. Don't really trust the independent sellers from this site as some of them appear to come from Spain and other foreign countries. (read more)
