    Don' do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Its just not worth it. Firstly they attract you with cheap prices and tell you the item is in stock with potential delivery of up to 5 days. 3 weeks later, still no camera. when you tackle them about it they kindly inform you its actually out of stock. order is canceled but yet they still deliver!? and then you can't get a refund out of them either! Really really bad customer service. Will never waist my time with them again. Don't be lured in. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i ordered a camera online 12/10/09 received confirmation waited on deliver 5 days called them product was out of stock waited for refund few days later i received the camera somewhat confused at this stage returned item again the same happened another camera still not refund its took me 6 calls and numerous emails to get my refund deposited into my account im fobbed off with the same excuse everytime head office are dealing with it and no more cameras will be despatched as of todays date waited ...

    Do not let the attractive prices suck you in. This shower of surrender monkeys could not run a bath never mind the largest electronics retail business in Europe (so they claim). I placed an ordered in early November for an LG 37LH3000 LCD TV at a very competitive £391 including delivery. This item was listed in stock on their web site, but the instance they got their greedy mitts on my cash the item was showing as out of stock on my order track, but still in stock on the actual web site. ...

    PIXMANIA - ordered a "mag" sat nav may 2007. changed my mind after a day and tried to cancel. was told too late and to refuse at door which i did. looked for a refund and was told they would contact me when parcel was returned to them. after three weeks was told parcel was lost. Went again to get refund and was sent all over place. Was told eventually that I had failed to reply to them after a certain period and to hump off. Never got refund. This company are crooks and need to be avoided!!!!!. ...

    Ordered the laptop with Pixmania because it was £50 cheaper than elsewhere and then read reviews and thought I would never get it! Only hitch was that I was sent an email to call their customer services department in France to verify the product and delivery address of the the order. No problems getting through and when that was done it was delivered in 3 days true to their word.     I should have looked at this site before dealing with this shower. The item was listed as delivered in 2-3 days, after paying I received an email telling me it would be delivered by Currys in 5 days.5 days, a phone call and an email have gone by and still no sign of it being delivered.
    This company is RUBBISH.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Never in my lifetime have I had to deal with such an incoherant, unprofessional company. Lured in by good price and promise of 2 day delivery, we bought a cooker (Zanussi freestanding electric ceramic hob). Waited in all day for it to arrive; no phonecall; rang ; no one knew where the cooker was; they even had the audacity to suggest that the cooker had arrived!!! Finally discovered that the delivery man could not navigate down our road, so he just drove off! NO PHONECALL!! ...

    Absolutely terrible. Located in France but they use Curry's / Dixon's in the UK (DSG Limited). I have been waiting for an item to be delivered which after phoning Pixmania for the fourth time (and also two emails without reply!!) still has not been despatched. placed order 26th October 2009 and still waiting. Will never use them again.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This company claims to have items in stock then as soon as you pay they contact you saying it's out of stock. by this time they have YOUR money in their accounts earning them interest! Legal? I very much doubt it!! I was after an 37" LG LCD tv and found the one I wanted on Pixmania for £600. The website clearly stated it was IN STOCK so I used my debit card and paid for it. literally hours after making the payment I received an email from Pixmania ...

    Avoid this company. The camera I purchased was faulty. I first contacted the manufacturers helpline as per contract conditions with Pixmania and after a number of unsolved resolutions I was informed by Fuji to return the camera to them. Due to the conditions of sale with Pixmania I had to return the camera to them but in FRANCE! I was not entitled to a refund as the lengthy process of seeking a fault resolution with Fuji meant that under Pixmania terms and conditions I was too late for a refund. ...

    Never ever again! That company is hidden in the EU cloud so from switzerland i am not able to contact them. they have an e-mail addr. but never ever there is an reply. the camera was faulty there is no bill delivered with the camera. i have paid the delivery cost inside the bill and it was deducted from my visa card. Still now i got an bill from UPS for the same again, i'll not pay it! I'll also not phone them on the tel they collect money again instad a serving me. the company is hidden in pari ...

I ordered a washer/dryer and Fridge/freezer, 2 days later received an email telling me they were out of stock, a quick phone call to customer support told me they actually had 49 in stock. 2 weeks and 15 phone calls later, nobody knew what was going on or when I would receive my goods, without any updates from anyone, regardless of the amount of times they promised to contact me.     If you are thinking of buying something from this outfit then think again .... long and hard. Even if they have it in stock and it gets delivered in time at a really good price, beware, if you want to return it then it has to be posted to France at an astronomical cost. You have to think they may dispute your postage claim (£40) in my case a third of the cost of the item. So now i have a Hi-Fi I am not happy with but I am unwilling to to take a risk of returning.     I wish i had read some of the reviews of this company before i ordered my t.v. i have had the same experience of looking on their impressive website, seeing a great price, delivery time and thus being duped into buying the samsung lcd television. 28/9/9 i placed the order, told it was out of stock. still waiting now (26/10/9) to complete the refund.

    Everyone likes good price, BUT, this tv was shown in stock they took my payment, then a day or so later emailed to say it was out of stock. I checked the website, still shown in stock. The e mail said it should be in stock in a few days, I waited had to cancell the sat dish fitment, then severall days later they said it would be a while before they had it.All this tome it was shown in stock, on the website.     Pixmania seem to make a habbit of advertising products as "in stock", but then, after taking your money, they e-mail you to tell you that it's out of stock and delay you and delay you some more while they keep your money. If anyone has had similar bad experiences I suggest contacting the UK European Consumer Centre at ecc@tsi.org.uk. They are the trading standards equivalent for Europe.
