    Avoid this company. The camera I purchased was faulty. I first contacted the manufacturers helpline as per contract conditions with Pixmania and after a number of unsolved resolutions I was informed by Fuji to return the camera to them. Due to the conditions of sale with Pixmania I had to return the camera to them but in FRANCE! I was not entitled to a refund as the lengthy process of seeking a fault resolution with Fuji meant that under Pixmania terms and conditions I was too late for a refund. I carefully packed the camera in the same packaging and even added further bubble wrap and posted same to France. The camera was eventually returned to me with not only the same fault but with an additional fault!! I had to return the camera to France a second time and again repacked carefully with additional bubble wrap. Pixmania eventually sent me a letter and advice note (in French) and the gist of it was that they advised me that the camera had been damaged and that I was responsible for the damage!!!!!! I made a number of attempts at contacting them including email but had no response. Forget about customer service with this company as it does not exist. I spent countless hours in trying to contact them and besides the cost of the camera I had spent £15 in post & packaging. I eventually gave up as the whole process was exhausting and making me ill. The end result was that Pixmania still have my camera and my money. And another point is that when buying products from this company you ususally have instruction manuals in French.

    Never ever again! That company is hidden in the EU cloud so from switzerland i am not able to contact them. they have an e-mail addr. but never ever there is an reply. the camera was faulty there is no bill delivered with the camera. i have paid the delivery cost inside the bill and it was deducted from my visa card. Still now i got an bill from UPS for the same again, i'll not pay it! I'll also not phone them on the tel they collect money again instad a serving me. the company is hidden in pari ...

    Never ever again!     DO NOT USE PIXMANIA!! I ordered a washer/dryer and Fridge/freezer, 2 days later received an email telling me they were out of stock, a quick phone call to customer support told me they actually had 49 in stock. 2 weeks and 15 phone calls later, nobody knew what was going on or when I would receive my goods, without any updates from anyone, regardless of the amount of times they promised to contact me. I will never use this company again!!

    If you are thinking of buying something from this outfit then think again .... long and hard. Even if they have it in stock and it gets delivered in time at a really good price, beware, if you want to return it then it has to be posted to France at an astronomical cost. You have to think they may dispute your postage claim (£40) in my case a third of the cost of the item. So now i have a Hi-Fi I am not happy with but I am unwilling to to take a risk of returning.     I wish i had read some of the reviews of this company before i ordered my t.v. i have had the same experience of looking on their impressive website, seeing a great price, delivery time and thus being duped into buying the samsung lcd television. 28/9/9 i placed the order, told it was out of stock. still waiting now (26/10/9) to complete the refund.

    Everyone likes good price, BUT, this tv was shown in stock they took my payment, then a day or so later emailed to say it was out of stock. I checked the website, still shown in stock. The e mail said it should be in stock in a few days, I waited had to cancell the sat dish fitment, then severall days later they said it would be a while before they had it.All this tome it was shown in stock, on the website.     Pixmania seem to make a habbit of advertising products as "in stock", but then, after taking your money, they e-mail you to tell you that it's out of stock and delay you and delay you some more while they keep your money. If anyone has had similar bad experiences I suggest contacting the UK European Consumer Centre at ecc@tsi.org.uk. They are the trading standards equivalent for Europe.

    I bought an Asus 24" monitor for a great price from Pixmania. Delivery was on time, butI noticed some marks on the display panel under the outer surface. Oh no! so I went to the website and had to go through an awkward returns process that had me going round in circles for a while. Eventually I got round to sending the monitor back to France.     Without a shadow of doubt the worst customer service experience i have ever had. They try everything not to face up to their responsibilities. They don't respond adequately. To try to palm you off, they refer you back to the manufacturer (who are aware they use this incorrect process deliberately). Then after you finally nail them the return process will take up to 31 days. For a pair of £29 earphones. Do not shortern your life by dealing with these cynical chancers.

    I ordered a samsung printer on 26th September 2009, when I ordered on that day, the printer was in stock shown on their site, so I proceeded... To find out a week after it was out of stock! To which I was told to wait a week, then I decided to cancel the order, on 2nd October 2009, I was told an "email" was to be sent to their head office for the refund to proceed, great I thought!     I am very pleased with everything.
    I read many negative revews, I was thinking that I put my self in trouble
    with my order-expensive item-but everything went very smooth. 5 stars service.

    Tried to purchase a camera from Pixmania after they took my money they told me it was out of stock and didn't know when they would have any. I am still waiting for a refund two weeks later. I keep getting emails saying they are looking into it but so far no money. I want to buy a camera for my holidays but until I get my £170 back I cannot afford another one. You know how bad companies are when you have a problem.

    Web site said was in stock, they took money straight away. 12 days later still waiting. Customer services waste of space, couldn't tell me what was happening without contacting head office. said would return calls but didn't! also said no email address for me to contact them.
    eventually found contact email - emailed and they said no stock they were waiting to come in. this was no good to me as i'm going on holiday and need camera! I cancelled. To date have had no refund so just have to keep call ...

    I have so far contacted customer services no less than FOURTEEN times to try to get them to collect the faulty freezer they supplied me with two weeks ago... and still no sign of any progress whatsoever. Plus which, Trading standards tell me that because they are based in France they are not governed by UK consumer regulations, so I might never get my money back. My advice is never buy anything from them!

    Don't use this company. I ordered three items. The memory cards were delivered, but the camera wasn't in stock. Contacted them as was told three day delivery originally and was buying for a present. Tried cancelling order as bought on amazon and delivered the next day for same price. Taken two months so far. I am still disputing the amount refunded as they have charged me eight pounds in delivery for two memory cards. The worst customer service on the planet. Can't believe they are still in busi ...
