    Contrary to the TV advert i didnt get any contacts from e harmony! and i cant beleive that so many people in the USA have met and got married via e harmony.

    I waited and waited with no replies. I contacted them asking if there was a problem as was told that there were no matches available to me. I can assure you im not that bad, and normally get a good response on other sites, oh except GDFF and that awul plenty of fish (no women) site.


    Thankfully after reading some reviews on this site i am not alone.
    What a complete waste of time and money, its a rip off so stay clear.

    i had one possible favourite but as soon as i wanted to open comunication ,nothing happened waste of time and money ,just don't bother save your money ,coz i can't get mine back.

    Currently a member and it is a horrible site! There's no way to browse profiles, they just send you compatuible matches and it seems no one is a paying member as no I've been there ages and had no replies! And I've never had problems on other dating sites.

    I'd say SAVE YR MONEY and buy a girl a drink!

    I agree with all the other reviews. You are waiting to hear from matches that seem to be just randomly picked from nowhere honestly I could do better on a night out. The guided communication is complicated, unecessary and it it says you have a communication when someone had just closed down you match. I only actually had 6 people view my profile in one month that suited. DO NOT JOIN I WASTED YEARS MEMBERSHIP AS THERE IS NO TRY BEFORE YOU BUY FEATURE

    Eharmony is a total waste of time! YOu basically pay and just wait around for something to come up. When it does it's usually someone so not compatible and totally not what I had requested as my essentials.

    You can't contact anyone. you can't browse profile. You sort of feel like you are in a goldfish bowl!!

    Customer service is rubbish!! Several times I have asked to unsubscribe but no one has got back to me. There is no real number or email address to contact for help. Total rip off,

    Eharmony offered 35 completely duff matches and once i had declined them all... there were no more! thats it! pathetic.

    Eharmony is absolutely the worst concept put forward in dating ever. I paid a fortune to have a years worth of matches and not one of the ladies they have matched me with is remotely attractive. I can afford to be picky, I work out, I am a very successful international businessman who has great success with women.

    Eharmony - What a complete waste of time and space.
    Good points - none
    Bad points - none of the matches sent to me came even remotely close. I dont have kids myself, dont want any and dont want anyone elses yet time after time after time what did I get sent? Guys with kids whose profiles went on about how important their kids were in their life and how they always came first.     Eharmony is truly and simply the worst dating site ever. Their much flourished 'compatibility modeling' is an utter joke, the matches I kept receiving were either outside of my ideal distance (they call this 'flexible matching ie they give you whatever they have kicking around the place), or were wholly inappropriate and miles away from the type of person I was looking for.

    Eharmony was annoying, frustrating, and I didn't feel I was in control at all of what I was looking for. Their interpretation of the answers, quite clearly leaves alot to be desired...furthermore I am a single woman just turned 40 no kids, and didn't want someone with kids, and yet all matches kept coming up with kids, so I spent my entire time deleting these matches I paid my fees, posted my pics etc for months, and not one NOT EVEN ONE person and I connected.     I found that the entire teaser about them matching a person by deep psychological matching was completely false. Even though I said I was interested in people in the entire USA, all I got was matches in Florida, where I live, and I really wanted to meet some people outside of Florida, but 95% of my matches were close to where I live.

    Eharmony is a fake match of 29 dimensions, they match you up with people that don't meet your height requirements, you don't know the persons weight. You don't know who is really signup on the site so you can contact people who won't join and you are left waiting for contact that will never happen.     I guess I'm not the norm on here - I've had a really great experience with eharmony - to correct a couple of you - I do believe they let you select age, I was offered a setting to select the age range I was looking for, also I'm not a christian and have still been treated the same as any one else.     www.eharmony.com is very expensive and has a lot of advertisements that make it look like everyone on their web site is getting married. They give you an extensive test that profiles you to your matches. I have come to believe after six months, that this profile matching is lacking the sophistication they advertise, and what I'm really getting is matches that live near me, and that is the big selection process, something you could get on any free matching service.     I have tried eharmony twice with two year memberships. I have come to accept it is a waste of money. I thought I needed to give it more time that is why I signed up for the second year - I was wrong.

    I do not recommend signing up for EHARMONY! ! You have no control over your matches once your profile is complete. You can't browse their database of individuals for yourself. All control is given to their computer. This service is a waste of your money. They claim to have 90 couples getting married per day. I want to know how many are GETTING DIVORCED! (My guess is that I don't even survey for that kind of information.)

    I couldn't even join this dating site! After completing an extensive profile survey, I was told my tastes were too eclectic, and they couldn't figure out my ideal match. Scientific site????? When I inquired about this, I never heard back from them.

    I agree with another poster about this dating site. The number one thing I hate about this site is they pick the age range for you. I think this should be for me to decide. That aspect makes the whole site useless to me.

    My situation is about the same as the previous poster's. I'm 36, but I am in great shape and most people guess me to be 27 or 28. I agree with him, and have had the same experience -- the women they throw at you all look old and fat. Sorry if that's shallow, but I take care ...
