Went to chessington yesterday and it was fantastic, there is a great variety of rides for all ages and for the price it was great value. It is ulimately a family park,it is not a park for the real hardcore thrill seekers who would better at Thorpe park but it is a very family orientated experience. The Rameses revenge and Rattle snake are the 'big ones',enough to scare you but only if you are fairly apprehensive about the height and speed anyway and Dragon's fury offfers a thrilling experience ...

Just got back from Chessington today and it was really very disspointing. For the price we had expected more. Good variety of rides for old and young, but queues - average wait was an hourJust too busy and they seem to just allow more and more people in which does negate the experience

I found Chessington a very enjoyable family attraction, they catered for all ages and my family loved it even my nan who is 60. There was some litter and the ride had long queues but I think that is because I am a very clean and impatient person. I would definitely go back again for the same experience.

This information will only benefit disabled visitors who take advantage of the current RAP system. I visited Chessington with my family, which included my sister and brother who are both disabled. Every year we visit, because my sister and brother really enjoy the day. This year however, was a completley different story. Chessington has changed the way their disabled exit pass works and have bought in the Ride Access Pass scheme; What an utter shambles! The idea behind this is that you ...

Every summer, my dad, sister and I go to Chessington and have some great fun. It was just as good this year. Some of the best rides include... VAMPIRE- A swinging roller coaster ride that makes your legs dangle through. DRAGON'S FURY- A spinning roller coaster, for those that are not afraid of dragons! BILLY'S WHIZZER- A Chair-O-Plane ride that sprays you with water. DRAGON FALL'S- The best ride in the park, a water ride that takes you through a dragon and down a rushing waterfall! TOMB BLASTER- ...

My boys aged 6 and 8 enjoyed Chessington more than Legoland. Facilities were really clean and a much better choice of food at better prices here than Legoland. The Sealion show was great and there was an animal antics show which was great. All togher a lovely day and would recommend this for all ages.

Family of 4 to Chessington World of Adventures = £86, 4 rides each only due to queues and queuing for nearly an hour for a ride that broke, just as about get on... I'd stay away.

Huge queues on Wed 27th Aug. 70+ minutes for the main rides. Northbound on the A243 to the B280 junction was a queue back to the M25. Better to go through Oxshott and follow the B280 east. We went on three rides in the whole day, a day we thought would be less popular. Chessington World of Adventures have to get the roads sorted out in my opinion. The number of man hours spent needlessly queuing and wasted fuel is ridiculous.

We have visited Chessington for two years running and this week we plan to go there a third time. Both of our previous visits have been great fun and have run relatively smoothly. We have never had problems with customer service and have always felt happy and well looked after. The fact that our age gaps differ so greatly highlights the brilliant range of rides and attractions for all ages- Grandad comes on everything too! We love Chessington, it's the highlight of our summer holidays every time ...

A good place to take small children. Plenty of kiddies rides and things to do with your little ones! I wouldn't recommend this place for teenagers as there are not many rides for the older ones and I could see them easily being bored. The animals were good to see however most of the habitats were empty early on in the day. We went back around after feeding times and the animals were more active and looked more stimulated! There was a fantastic monkey walk through, which I have never experienced ...

I have been to Chessington World of Adventures 4 times and thoroughly loved it each time :D I have 3 children. I am visiting again next week with my youngest son, my daughter, and her best friend for my daughters birthday. I think it does not look shabby as some people are referring to it looks fantastic and the lands look astounding. It's okay people saying go to Disney but I am a single mum with three children and it's not that easy! Although we have been before to Disney it is great yes. But ...

Visited sun 27/7 - After an awful visit a few years ago which was so busy we only got onto a couple of rides we reluctantly gave into our 9 yr old's requests to visit again with our 4 yr old in tow too. It was a baking hot day and we thought this would result in huge queues but generally it was not too bad except the big ones like Dragon's fury which we queued for an hour and a half. Having been to Orlando several time including Apri this year I feel that Chessington like other UK parks ha ...

I've been to many theme parks and went to Chessington a long time ago. It still looks the same now as it did 10 years ago but without any renovation being done. I thought everything looked old, worn out and in need of major refurbishment. Two rides on the day I went were broken for several hours. The waiting time for the working rides was okay, but then school hasn't broken up yet. The vampire is still fun as is the log ride and the best bit of the park is the zoo part (that's what stopped this ...

If you have a disabled member of the party forget this theme park - not only do the other guests give you hassle for "Queue" jumping but the staff do too! We did 2 visits during half term on the first day we were given "special" exit passes by the management team as our visit had been horrendous. so we gave it a 2nd chance - never again!

Enjoyed the day as it was suited to younger children, not many big rides. Bought tickets on line to save a bit of money and arrived as the park was opening. The souvenir shops were disappointing, with a lot of tacky goods.

I have visited Chessington three times, don't ask why I keep coming back, I'm usually invited by someone else! To be honest I wouldn't pay anything to get into this "theme park". It's more like a travelling fun fair, there is no magic, everything just seems commercial, there are throw a coconut type side shows and unhygienic greasy food stalls just about everywhere you turn blasting tinny music from little ghetto blasters, if that isn't bad enough there are silly, 50p mechanical arm, grab-a-chea ...
