    Good Points: Able to connect to many Messenger Services, Able to get some functionality that the other Messengers use.


    Bad Points: Not able to offline history of most Messengers.


    General comments: It is a product I like using. I find that most of the functionality is what I need so that I don't have multiple IM services and saves CPU and RAM usable. Not able to offline history of most Messengers, ie. if you are offline and a friend IM's you, you cannot receive that message. Try to get the latest gadgets that the other IM Services use.
