Had my v-spec import just over a year now it`s my main car, apart from a couple of rear calipers (car at time of purchase was 13 years old and 39,000miles the calipers can get stuck on little used cars and new rear shocks. complete reliabilty. The fun factor never goes away, PAS and AC are nice to have. The car is so easy to drive nice shift, and very good brake feel
Would recomend as a first RWD car. the feel for what the car is doing is awesome. Can be played with without thinking it is going to bite!!

Have been waiting for the right Eunos to come along and boy was it worth it. Red 1990 1.6 with 75k miles rock solid and drives superbly. haven't had so much fun in years. Being a 1,6 you have to work it that bit more but I think that makes it all the more fun. Willing engine, nice shift, comfy seats and can't wait for the better weather to arrive and get the soft top down. Never mind what the wife may say buy one as soon as you can- Read MXlover's review (87 words)

Impulse buy, saw it, had to have it, mid-life crisis or not, our Eunos import is the business. She has 108k on the clock but goes like a dream. The drive and handling are second to none, but with those pop-up lights and alloys she is a real head turner. If you are thinking of one of these, think no more...buy it. Ours sits waiting for the weekend, just like me. Looking for faults is futile with my rose-tinted glasses on because I just love the car. I checked out reviews before buying, and it`s t ...- Read Guest's review (130 words)

have had the mazda mx-5 car for only a few months and have had some great fun with it. the 1.6 litre engine is nippy enough for town and the handling is crisp enough for the country roads, which is where this car comes into its own. good points - cheap to buy and parts widely available although apart from service parts i do not envisage needing many repairs. the steering is precise and for its year, it is well appointed with electric windows, central locking, A/C, disc brakes all round andspeake ...- Read Guest's review (156 words)

I own a Mazda MX-5 Eunos Roadster and have found them to be ideal.
Although i am in the process of doing my car up it is the first time i have attempted to fix any of my vechicles i have owned.
For me the most pleasure i get from this car is the freedom of been both inside and outside the car.
So thumbs up to the roadster it's in a league of it's own.
Feel the freedom,Feel the breeze- Read Seed2Clone's review (96 words)

Mazda MX-5 is an excellent 'British' sports car! It might as well be british as it has the charactor of a TVR.... I have a BMW as a standard car and the Mazda Eunos Roadster 1993 in British Racing green as a fun car-its fantastic!- Read Guest's review (93 words)

Our MX5 ("Daisy") is our fun car, and the biggest good point is that, for us, she starts every time no problems even after periods of temporary neglect. She is UTTERLY reliable.
It's hard to think about bad points, as we love this car, my only minor gripe is the soft top on our car isn't 100% waterproof so needs sporadic TLC.
Great fun, extremely nippy We have recently decided we will never sell her and she's still powering on aged 18 and at has done 160, 000 km (I haven't a aclue waht Mileage ...- Read bozlen's review (93 words)

Mazda MX-5 Eunos Roadster is a very reliable car, great interior, fantastic handling, great performance and worth it's value up it's years, has everything you need for good comfortable drive in what I would say to be the best roadstar ever made. Japanese imports even better. Very fun car to drive no doubt. Only bought this car and I have had so much fun in it. Wouldn't change it for the world. It has everything you need and plus I have got a diff in mine so I'm loving it at the minute. A tunabl ...- Read kennymx5's review (127 words)

This is a nice car, but not as good as I was led to believe before buying one. Overall I was not happy because everything I have read was positive and stated that the car drove like a modern car with the character of a classic sports car. With all the road noise, wind noise and harsh ride it ' s only a classic sports car, with more reliability. Reliability....again it ' s a good car but not as bomb proof as enthusiastic owners would have you believe. Window regulators are a very common problem a ...- Read 1979gavin's review (176 words)

Watching an old film one Sunday afternoon whilst wallowing on the sofa with a can of beer propped up on my pot belly I watched enviously as the handsome hero drove around a swinging 60's London in his open topped MG roadster, hair flowing and shirt open to the waist, both his medallion and his teeth shining in the sun. Another beer or two later I was doing what any normal middle aged bloke would do after this and sat huddled over the PC checking out classic car websites in the vain hope of findi ...- Read marco999's review (1021 words and 2 comments)

I like thmy Mazda MX-5 Eunos. Front end is very sprightly on mine and smooth controlled inputs are the way to go if you really want to be on it! This car makes you want to be a better driver to exploit it properly, somewhere in the back of my mind is the feeling that if I don € t know the car fully yet then what surprises are lurking further up the handling scale. So far for me it € s all been good but definitely respects the back end and keeps the front to rear attitude level in bends with part ...- Read Guest's review (512 words)
