Good Points: Lots of options - Vast possibilities

    Bad Points: Lots
    1) Even on easy setting - its very hard to win
    2) Very bad build ship tools
    3) Just too complicated

General comments: Moo2 was great. This one took a left turn. If you have tons of time, it can be fun. However, do not recommend Master Of Orion 3!
