    Good Points: cheap price. bagless container easy to release and empty


    General comments: Struggle to find anything positive, the suction must have been ok at the start but went downhill fast. after 7 years, suction useless, cumbersome to get hose out, seems heavy but is suposed to be lighter than the dysons we are now looking at. easy to accidentally switch off, easy to pull over when using hose. Brush belt keeps coming off which meansbase has to be removed to replace it.

    The Dust box for the Panasonic MCE472 has to be removed after each use in order to move a ratchet handle back and forth a number of times to agitate filter.
    Emptying dust box is VERY messy. The lower filter comes off and has to be replaced.
    The dust has to be scraped off this filter as the little brushes that are meant to rotate and keep it clean never do.
    Phoning their help line gets the reply that they don't deal with this anymore - and re-direction did not get anywhere.

    I am so pleased ...
