    Good machine. Some parts are weak, we had 2 handles break on us. Suction drops after a while as hairs get caught in the beater. If you cut hairs out every few weeks then full power is restored. We would buy a new one. This machine really cleans and gets rid of smells! Had ours for almost 3 years now. Very powerful, but needs to keep the hairs on the rotating beater clean.

    I bought my Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i 17 years ago. Despite being dropped several times and tumbling down the stairs it has only just stopped working. It is rather tatty now (heavy work load) but has never failed me. I am definitely going to get another one. Exceptional value for money.

    havnt had the Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i for long so cant really say how long its gonna last, but so far so good, i used to have a henry, and it always used to have a funny smell to it, expecially since we have a dog, but with the miele no smells at all, everyone comments on our house saying you wouldnt think we had a dog, and i have a labrador so there fairly big. I just hope it will last a long time as they are not cheap, but dont mind paying that sort of money if they do the job and ...

    Before this Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i we had a Dyson for many years (their most powerful upright) and found it generally excellent. That said, we have always noticed that lots of dust quickly settling on our black piano and TV stand in between cleaning.     The Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i cleaner really does pick up dirt, fluff, hairs, and even the whole carpet if you don't use it's power wisely. The attachments are heavy, and I would recommend this cleaner to anyone wanting to work on upper body strength as it takes some wielding on full power.     We chose this Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i following recommendation by a specialist who told us that more expensive bagless vacuums were unreliable, frequently returned and bits broke off them easily. We had also bought a Miele washing machine (with a 5yr guarantee) which we were very pleased with. The vacuum is powerful and picked up all pet hair no problem.     Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i - Very good vacuum cleaner which is keeping our house cat-hair free. We have had it only for 7/8 months so I cannot comment on its durability but otherwise I can recommend it wholeheartedly. I have never used their service and support but in absence of 'don't know' I have chosen to give it a ten star performance as everything else about this hoover deserves it.

    The Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i is brilliant. I have gone through many vacuum cleaners from Hoovers to Dysons. All have, very quickly, become inefficient and/or noisy. Having a family of 4 kids and two cats most machines last about 6 months. The Miele has already done a year and 3 months and is as good as the day we first bought it.     When we bought the Miele Cat & Dog Canister, it was amazing the amount it picked up but only after two months it started to loose suction, within three months it got noisier then six months down the line DEAD
