LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT FANTASTIC LITTLE WORK OF ART. BRILLIANT ON ALL WOOD AND HARD FLOORS. HOSE IS GREAT, LITTLE BUILT IN BRUSH ON HOSE GREAT FOR DUSTING/VACUUMING AT SAME TIME. SWIVEL HEAD MEANS IT JUST GLIDES EFFORTLESSLY AROUND THE FLOOR. I JUST LOVE IT.!!!!!!!!!!! (read more)

I've read the reviews of the Miele Art on this website and it is not the right vacuum for them. If you want to clean carpets then don't buy the machine as is has no brush roller, but if you're vacuuming hard floors then it's perfect, very light to use and picks up really well. Looks great so it goes well in any household, if you have hard floors in your house, and like upright vauuums then this is the vacuum for you, the swivel head makes it very easy to go round courners, very good. Great to look at, good build quality, poor suction even when a new bag is fitted, however great for wooden floors and light dusting : )
Most of it is a Panasonic icon covered in quality plastic.
Cheap bags direct from Miele, fairly quiet in use. Ideal only as a second cleaner

This miele ART S928 came very highly recommended. Because this was a Meile I thought this would be a very good vacuum cleaner, how wrong I was, this is the worst machine I have ever owned. Does not pick up lint on carpets, I go around picking this up myself and putting it in the bin. Please do not waste your money on this, it is also very heavy and awkward on stairs. Will not buy a Meile again (read more)

I wish I had never been taken in by the attraction of the Miele ART S928 vacuum cleaner being light and Miele's reputation. It is a heap of junk. It is light and it looks stylish, but the bag is very small and replacements are expensive. There are no brushes, so it relies on suction to clean, and therefore it does a poor job on carpets. It is fragile, and the clip that holds it upright has broken. (read more)
