This Vacuum Cleaner just won't pick up much of dirt, constantly overheats, filters too difficult to clean (time consuming + messy!). Had repairman in THREE times, not able to repair, blames our dirty/dusty carpet (after hoovering with "Hoover TD" we were not surprised!!). Can't be bothered to call them in again (and loose 1 day at work). Not helpful at all. Time to buy a new vacuum cleaner to replace this one - new too. Please do not buy...! (read more)

The Hoover TD3824's powerful motor is ok when everthing is emptied and cleaned but soon after it is used for a while the motor pulls the dust out of the collection box and onto the filters which makes the engine overheat.
It is a very noisy hoover. (read more)
