    Good Points: Excellent results. Always at hand for spills. More economical on cleaning fluid than rental cleaners.


    Bad Points: Tool holder sticks out from machine thus being vulnerable to breakages.


    General comments: Had the Bissell Powersteamer Proheat 1698 for one week and cleaned lounge and dining room carpets. Both really dirty. I have a dog and work as childminder so really useful to have this machine at the bottom of the stairs ready. Less effort needed than using Rug Doctor, better result. Overall would recommend to anyone who wishes to clean their own carpets. I paid £198 for mine and well worth the money. Should have bought one sooner.
