    Good Points: Great iron, works brilliantly.


    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: I've had my Tefal Express 2911 for four years and had no problems at all until it fell off the ironing board - now water comes out of the bottom! I would definitely buy another, but I had hoped they would have come down a bit in price by now!

    I wouldn't have another Tefal Express Steam Generator. Mine broke after two weeks of use. I now have water coming out of the bottom.

    The Tefal Express 2911 is great when working, good amount of steam and it's very easy to use this steam generator. But it breaks too easily. I've bypassed customer service and asked my friend (whose a domestic electrician) to fix it.If he only knew how many other customers he could have! I think I'll become his agent!

    This Tefal was an expensive iron but I treated myself anyway, all was well at first but just as the guarantee ran out it broke. Steam came out from everywhere. Not a good buy!

    No Tefal repair agents in Scotland and advised would cost £69:00 to repair.
    Expensive repair for an already expensive iron.

    When this Tefal Express 2911 works it's great, but it is a lot of money to pay for something that seems to consistently malfunction not long after the guarantee runs out. I've contacted Tefal about this problem and I'm still awaiting a reply.
