I have the Rowenta steam generator iron for less than three years. It stopped working a few weeks ago. Found it difficult to source a Rowenta service agent in Dublin. Eventually found one very knowledgeable and helpful Dave. My iron cannot be repaired as the spare part required is obselete. Not impressed as these irons are expensive. Would have expected to be able to repair iron for longer use. If I had known that spare parts were not going to be available I would not have bought the iron.... (read more)

loved this iron i had it for 3 years and can't get it anywhere now. bought a bosch sensixx b25l and not impressed with it. the only down side to the rowenta was that it wasn't continual refill but it was worth the wait to refill excellent product (read more)

We have ours for many years now. It is the previous model, but basically the same thing. The sleeve on the electric cord/steam hose has retracted to half, allowing some of the hose to rub off on the close and leaving black mark. It may have been corrected with this following model. The other CON is that the steam output is not constant, you need to wait at times for the tank to refill and reheat. Overall a great unit. (read more)

The Rowenta DG-920 is reliable, delivers as much steam as you can wish, with a detachable reservoir that can be refilled as needed without the iron having to be to be cooled down and turned off like some other leading brands. It does what it says on the label! Would buy another, YES. But mine one just goes on and on. I have had mine for so many years now I can' t remember when I bought it. It's nice to be able to give a product such a good review. Well done Rowenta. (read more)

A well designed reliable steam iron which hasn't ever broken or needed a service in all the years I have had it. We are a family of 4 and the Rowenta is used and has been used every day for years. I can't remember when I bought it, many years ago! Would I buy another? Yes, I wouldn't touch anything else now. Previous irons have all failed. my DG 920 is a great iron in my opinion (read more)
