    Great holiday at Grand Hotel Oasis. Great place - very clean, excellent service. Good breakfast, though may be too repetitive. The fine dining restaurant of the hotel - the Fuzen is fantastic. Italian restaurant also not to be faulted.

    I was there for a late holiday in September 2007 in fact just returned to the UK today I recommend this hotel because the faults that have been highlighted in the past can be easily rectified by a training programme which I believe will be in place by next year. This is a new hotel (5 years) any business man will tell you new projects take time to get it right I am sure there will be a change for 2008 season.     I would never contemplate going to Bulgaria again. The restaurant at the Grand Hotel Oasis in Sunny beach is much too small for the size of the hotel. The food was not good, and we had to eat out, although we had paid for half board.

    The location of Grand Hotel Oasis is nice, just some steps to a very nice beach (could be cleaner but for the East not bad) Going into the water was wonderful, underwater ground was clean, free from seaweed, rocks etc. Warm water, can see the ground even when you stand in deep water.
    A big prob in Sunny Beach, not just in the Grand Hotel, noise, noise, noise. You cant escape from loud music. It seems the Bulgarians go nuts for loud Music.

    We couldn't fault the hotel in Sunny Beach, Grand Hotel Oasis, it was cleaned constantly, the rooms were outstanding, until we looked out of the room and seen the buliding work (which we were told had been finished!) right next door! builders started work at 7am! The staff were very ignorant! Unless you get up at 5-6am you will not get a sunbed round the pool, not many to choose from, the Germans beat you to it everyday. The beach is 5 minutes walk and its a lovely beach. we didn't eat the break ...

    The Grand Hotel Oasis is located in the heart of the resort about 250 yds from the beach.
    It is rated 4* and lives up to its rating. From the minute we got off the coach a porter picked up our cases and took them to our room. He gave us plenty of tips about money changing and warned us of the rip offs. Very helpful. We found all the staff to be equally as friendly and it was noticeable that the female staff were very pretty, this was common in most places.
