    Good Points: A great chip for overclockers. Now very cheep


    Bad Points: Needs a large heatsink as u would expect!!


    General comments: The Athlon XP 2500+ Barton is a great CPU all round. I have been running this one for the last 3 months at 2225mhz, it has never put a foot wrong.
    Upped the core voltage by 0.5v and fitted a very large zelman cooler and 120mm fan. Runs at 45'c. with my 9700pro G-card, it bench tests at 14590 and 4534 using Mad-Onions 3D 2001/2003.
