    Good Points: At the end of a phone.


    Bad Points: Price! Price! Price!


    General comments: Working as a courier, I had been insured with Hill House Hammond until they ceased trading. When I renewed my policy with Norwich Union Direct my policy effectively doubled, as I had to have separate (price-hiked) policies for each of my machines. I feel quite a considerable distance from happy. So much for progress!
