    Good Points: None

Bad Points: * No one contacted me upon signing up online* It took ages for the documents to arrive, in fact I had to sacrifice a lunch break to go and get them* Confusing language, not enough explanation, all the insurance lingo. As a new rider I felt overwhelmed and there wasn't anyone to help with all this* No landline telephone numbers. I only have a mobile, so even calling 0800 number costs me* Passing around when calling them. No one has any idea what's going on there* All this before I ever got to claim through them, which could turn my life into a nightmare!

General comments: First it took ages for the documents to arrive from swinton motorcycle insurance. So long, that I first received a letter telling me that if I don't return the documents within 14 days I will face a fine and my yearly premium will increase by a pound something per month. I ended up having to pick up the documents myself just to find out that the stipulations of the policy say that my bike should be kept in a secure garage! When I clearly stated that it was kept on a driveway. I felt tricked into this insurance policy, offering me competitive price but as well as that, a policy that didn't apply to me!

Swinton Motorcycle Insurance has quick issue of policy documents and good pricing. Poor and untrained sales and customer service advisors, poor claims service and non-compliance with policy terms.
