    Good Points: None


    General comments: Very poor!! My mother died 6 months ago and we are still waiting on M & S to pay out on this policy. We have to constantly phone and write for information as to what the delay may be.

    I'm more than happy with the package on offer from Marks & Spencer for their Life Insurance. It will cover my family if the worst comes to the worst. The problem is with Life Insurance that I'll never see the benefit of it personally.
