    Good Points: Easy and straight forward to arrange on the net.


    Bad Points: They will simply not pay on a claim for my camera which I lost on holiday. They came up with every excuse under the sun in order to avoid paying out. I have never ever claimed anything on travel insurance before and at 42 years and an average of 4 to 6 holidays a year that's some going. My experience suggests that Esure are simply not to be trusted when things go pear shaped. They don't want to know, plain and simple.


    General comments: Don't bother insuring with Esure if you want to be covered. If they won't pay for a £100.00 camera then what chance have you got if you fall ill? Worth a thought!

    I have my car insurance with Esure and they regularly send me post informing me of new offers and deals. About a month before I went on holiday I received a letter telling me about travel insurance from Esure - having not arranged my own yet I decided to give them a go - the premium was cheap and the level of cover they provided was excellent.
