The AA in there great wisdom have decided that vans are nothing like cars so your No Claims Discount can not be transferred back to a car from a van Who agreed to this and what did they get in return Another scam by yet another greedy company what a very nasty man (read more)

Moved all commercial Insurance Policies to Commercial Insurance Direct from the AA. I have now been holding for 1hr and 4 mins! Now that seems crazy but i need to add somone to my Policy for a trip tomorrow. I have to hold to get the amendment actioned. I tried on line but it did not like the Policy number, so i have no choice but to hold at a cost of an 0870 to our small business. (read more)
