The worse cooker we've ever had. Really poor customer servie. door faulty, wrong door fitted adn then told as none of the right doors were in stock we were stuck with the wrong door untill they manufactured some, however when you called sales line you could buy a new one with door on. Only changed after complained to the companies MD having been told by custome services no one would change it. 5 months after complaint new cooker arrived. I have to date replaced 3 main oven fans and 2 grill elements plus all the chrome handles have been repaced as they fell off.
The cooker has not has excessive use and the "customer service" departments explanation was that they use different suppliers for the parts and do not know how long they will last! (read more)

My Rangemaster 110 freestanding range arrived in a substantial crate. The right hand door has a temperature gauge in it, and there was slight damage around the dials as if it had been wound in too hard,. A gas fitter turned up in 3 days and fitted a new skin. Checked the ovens for temperature with an accurate gauge and both were spot on. The left hand side has a range of ways to heat it, apart from the standard fan. It also has it's own set of wheels for forward and back, and sideways. Done... (read more)
