    Good Points: Looks good, but don't let that fool you.


    Bad Points: The inner main oven door exploded for no apparent reason when cooking.


    General comments: Service for the Baumatic Indiana freestanding oven is appalling. I kept ringing and being told that someone would call back. Staff at the service centre are incredibly stroppy. Seeing as I had spent nearly £1,600 on this cooker I was not very happy. It is still not fixed, and now Christmas day looms and I have no oven. Baumatic couldn't care less.
