      Good Points: Good Player while it lasted (18 months). For $200+ I expected a little more.


      Bad Points: Customer support was HORRENDOUS. They could not have been more clueless or more indifferent when they found out the player was out of warranty. I would not recommend this company; I'm going to try Creative or IRiver and see if they offer more quality or more courteous tech support, which Nike-Philips does not.


      General comments: The design of the Nike ACT210 player was good; the armband worked well for running, which was my main reason for purchasing an MP3 player. I used Windows Media Player to transfer music; the Music Match software that came with it was more confusing to me.

      However, I certainly thought I would get more than 18 months out of a product that cost $212. Or at least to have tech support be helpful. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in Nike-Philips and would advise you to try another manufacturer.
