    Good Points: I am having it replaced


    Bad Points: Noisy
    Breakdowns
    No water dispenser


    General comments: After numerous problems with my Bosch WTL 6003 tumble dryer, from new i.e. motor failing, water damage to carpet and rusty internals, Bosch are finally replacing this machine for me. Perhaps it's the Runt of the litter, but god does it make a racket. Altogether in the 12 months I have owned it, 7 new parts were fitted.

    I have 2 houses with Bosch dryers and we have had numerous issues with both of them. Having spent $500 (US dollars) to fix one of them, Bosch finally gave up and said they did not know what was wrong with it; however, they did not give me a replacement or reimburse me my $500.00 although that is what their factory service rep had recommended. Lousy customer service experience!
