Good Points: everything is good, extremely confortable mattress, great value
Bad Points: IF you are cold it does not mould and can be very uncomfortable but thats a good excuse to get an electric blanket! once you have warmed up its great.
General comments: we have the Eurolux Bodyshape Memory Visco single matresses and find them extremely comfortable, they mould perfectly without the feeling of being swaddled! the only downside, and it easily overcome, is if you are cold it will not mould and is quite uncomfortable which can be annoying, especially if you wake up cold in the middle of the night. but the simple solution is ensure your room is at a comfortable temp and you have a decent duvet. if all else fails an electric blanket soon sorts it. my room is a very very cold room (sometimes as low as 7 degrees!!) but with the elec blanket i have no problems.

Had my Eurolux Bodyshape Memory Visco Elastic mattress for one week now, proved to very comfortable, best night's sleep for a long time. No aches and pains waking me up. Would recommend you to anyone. Also very easy to unpack and move around.
I was a bit concerned at paying £300 to www.mattressonline.co.uk, company I had never heard of - But i'm glad to say I received it at the correct day/time and it's really comfy!!!
