    Good Points: Looks good, has a lot of functions and main oven has digital controls and 'boost' function for rapid pre-heat.


    Bad Points: On/ off button and some of the other buttons on control panel are a bit 'sticky' sometimes if not pushed absolutely square on.


    General comments: Zanussi ZDQ895:
    Control panel switch assembly broke in under a year and on / off push button became completely u/s. Customer services initially left a lot to be desired and kept me waiting over 3 months for new part - with no serviceable oven!! Have just offered to replace whole unit - fingers crossed. Looks good but concerned that new unit may develop same fault.
