    Lots of bars and restaurants, friendly people, lots of sunshine.
    All the restaurants were excellent and very reasonable, our favourites were Milos, Artemis, Olive Tree and Paulos on the main strip, you ll get a lovely meal in any of these. Sophias bar, Coconut Joes and Drunk Corner are all very family friendly places.
    We stayed at the Amarylis Apartments - rooms, bar, pool and staff were all excellent. We had a wonderful stay in Kalamaki and are in the process of booking for next year. Just beware of the sun and the wind it deceives just how hot it is.

    (2001)Athina Apartments were basic but clean. Cooking facilities only two rings suitable for snacks not four course meals, but large choice of places to eat at reasonable prices in resort. No pool but it doesn't matter, you can use any pool in resort as long as you use their bar too! Beach is fabulous, great seeing loggerhead turtles in their natural environment.
