This gun is powerful + accurate! I blew the brains out of a dove with 5 pumps at 20 yds. I have also started my own pest control in my neighborhood. I get an average of 6 calls per week about groundhogs digging holes in their yard or squirels and birds in their houses. But whatever it is, I always get it with this gun. It's great for small game. I recomend gamo pellets.

I have found the Crosman 2100 reliable when handled correctly, and a potent and accurate rifle. Pellet positioning may be difficult at first attempts. To position the pellet without flipping it backwards, grab it with thumb and forefinger, and then slide the pellet with thumb into the mechanism, holding the rifle horizontal without flipping it to put the pellet in. I hadn't the pellet reversed with this technique.
This rifle has a barrel that is internal to an outer tube barrel structure. I gu ...- Read Molina 177's review (532 words)

I love this Crosman 2100 gun i live in Canada and the pellet guns are restricted to less than 500 fps. This gun is registered at 475 fps but i think it shoots over 700. i bought it used for 60 bucks and it shoots just as well as the 275 dollar Diana Model 24 my Brother has. I've killed a few birds and a chipmunk with it. the gun is so powerful it shot through the chipmunk with a flat nose target pellet. I can hit a grouping of 1 1/2" at 100' with almost no drop. This gun shoots pellets accuratel ...- Read dwhite17's review (138 words)

I got my first Crosman 2100 in 1979 when this model was called the 766 American Classic. I fired thousands of bbs and pellets with it and took down everything from rodents to rabid ferile cats. The seals finally went after 29 years of service. When I opened it to replace the seals, I forgot a screw and broke the cast metal housing beyond repair. Sadly, I scrapped it. I just ordered a new 2100 today, just in time to take out some pesky ground squirrels. I can use this rifle in suburban envir ...- Read shooter2100's review (198 words)

Dispite the couple flaws, this is my fourth one. The barrel comes loose, knocking off accuracy, but a flat screwdriver a beverage can with some tin snips and some Gorillaglue takes care of the problem. These guns will misfire every now and then. All 4 have done it, but I can kill squirrels from 40 yrds with Gamo rocket pellets, and last for years with normal use. I am very hard on mine and usually last for 6 years of abuse. I cant get a month out of anything Daisy makes including the 901.- Read Guest's review (110 words)

This gun is awsome. I am 14 now and I have had this gun since I was 6! Good reliable gun. It is very accurate, as many a blackbird and sparrow has fallen to its power. If taken care of it lasts a long time. It rusted once so make sure to oil it especially if it gets wet. I have moved up to a shotgun now but this will always have a place in my heart, and arsenal!- Read Guest's review (89 words)

This is a wonderful, accurate gun that is very durable and reliable. Easy to load BB repeater magazine,Easy Pumping,Rifled barrel for more power and accuracy,Very high capacity BB reservoir,Most powerful pneumatic Crosman air gun,[Easily] adjustable sights, fiber optic front sight.
Scope mounting slightly difficult,Lid sometimes sticks when emptying reservoirRifled barrel technically qualifies Air Gun as firearm in some U.S. states- Read Guest's review (68 words)

Had mine since 1986. Dad bought two for my brother and me when we were 12 and 15. It has stood the test of time for sure. I am guessing some of the people on here with the loss of power issue may not have the old ones. They started the 2100 in 83. I just got them from my parents house this weekend. I am getting the parts diagram to rebuild the guts. I can't wait. It's amazing too, no corrosion whatsoever on the rifle. Just going to rebuild it and baby it up some...look forward to having ...- Read Guest's review (99 words)

Good Value for Money. The accuracy of the Crosman 2100 is really good. The only bad point I can think of it that there is just too much plastic.- Read Guest's review (28 words)

Very accurate gun, i shoot coke cans in my nans garden and they flip all over the place. Very powerful, i filled a coke can up with water then shot it at 10 yards, 10 pumps, with a RWS hollow point pellet, the can EXPLODED. It is probably one of the most accurate guns on the market, i can hit match sticks and tooth picks with this gun. I can imagine this gun with accuracy and power could easily take small game like squirrels , crows, rabbits, pidgeons, sparrows and rats with ease. Also my dad ha ...- Read jellyking12345's review (262 words)

I've had this air rifle going on 20 years now. I bought a cheap
Tasco 3-9x scope for it (K-Mart ?), but it goes with the gun well.
I shot mine today for the first time in 3 years. I filled an empty flat-sided plastic container with water and put it out in the yard, about 10 yards. Still accurate as it ever was, had to do a little scope dialing, though. Super for varminting, plinking, target shooting, looking threatening (although I WOULD NOT want to be shot with this, even if it IS "just" a BB ...- Read Guest's review (169 words)

After reading up on this air rifle, I figured I'd buy it because of the low price (I got the 2104 scoped version), and the power. Really had nothing to lose. The gun lives up to its advertised velocity, unlike most other airguns, and even exceeds it with some of the lighter pellets, not even including Gamo Raptors. For 60 or 70 dollars you're getting an air rifle that will shoot a pellet aproximately 200 fps slower than a springer that could cost several hundred dollars, and this gun is much mor ...- Read Guest's review (165 words)

I bought this from my buddy today and got it home put a scope on it off of my daisy grizzly. I sighted the gun in at 20 yrds and it is dead on i get a group of the size of a dime at 20 yards. so i get this gun home and as i am walking up my driveway i see a squirell and a dove. so i put a pellet in the gun i was about 35 yrds away and pumped the gun up 10 times and saw the squirell in the cross hairs pulled the trigger and bam i saw the squirell fall down.- Read mdryden93's review (128 words)

Shot Target dead on from 310 yardsobviously aimed above target but to even make it 900ft makes this gun worth every cent. Its deadly accurate and the Crosman 2100 has a lot of power as well- Read Guest's review (35 words)

I found some Beeman style 1222 coated hollow points at a local store (Chinese made version) and can get down to 2mm to 4mm - 3 to 5 round groupings c-t-c at 10 meters with a scope. This price and accuracy well makes up for it's shortcomings. Had a couple 1mm groupings but not enough to be consistent at that size.- Read ajvenom's review (83 words)
