Revlon Skinlights Illusion Wands - When it come out in a glob onto the brush, wipe the brush onto your fingertip to remove excess cream.Then dip the brush tip into the cream on your fingertip to get just the right amount onto the brush for application. (read more)

The Revlon Skinlights Illusion Wand concealer is a twist-up pen, and it has a generous amount of light-reflecting particles and tightening plant extracts. I never believed this, but it DOES illuminate dark circles and brighten up any sluggish complexion. The packaging probably isn't so great, but it is a brilliant alternative to Touche clat (unlike YSL, this one comes in 3 shades) as few of us can really afford it! (read more)
