I rarely buy makeup, and when I finally got a concealer I got 'Hide the blemish concealer' by Rimmel London. It did not cover my blemishes, it made my dark circles look worse, it made my skin look dry and flaky, and overall, I hated it. I felt it was not worth the price.I am beginning to wonder whether all concealers are like this, and it put me off. I would certainly not recommend it at all, I feel they are lucky to even get a star. (read more)

This product was not very successful at concealing my blemishes because it dried out my skin too much and it made m skin look like it was really flaky and dry. I used it on my pimples and I guess it works ok if you're pimples aren't gigantic. I also bought a color too light for me [you would have to blend it] so if you're skin is like tan, don't buy soft honey- go with a darker shade. Another thing is that the concealer rubs off too easily- so you have to use loose powder on it after or... (read more)

OMG i luv it. Rimmel Hide The Blemish has really even coverage and it completely minimizes redness and it really does for once conceal the blemish! Every other cover up stick I've used has not covered the blemish well at all. I love it, and definily try it!!! (read more)

Have used since a teenager (nearly 40 now!), has remained consistent. There maybe better ones out there, but I don't know because I haven't felt the need to seek... and I am still seeking for the perfect, blush, mascara, face powder, eyebrow pencil. I think that says it really. (read more)

Loved it - works so well and matches my skin perfectly. Very creamy, covers well, doesnt tug on skin when I apply directly from the stick onto under eyes. (read more)

I usually buy the blemish concealer in the green tube, but I can't find it any more, so I bought the Rimmel Hide The Blemish instead. Unfortunately, it's so oily that it causes blemishes (read more)

Rimmel Hide The Blemish concealer has been in my makeup bag since I started using makeup. It's inexpensive and inoffensive, but I will give one word of advice, if you're going to be using your fingers, the product will not work properly. To gain maximum benefits you must use a concealer brush (Bobbi Brown does a fantastic one). A light dusting of powder over the concealer will prevent it "melting" which this product will do, otherwise. It's an absolute bargain for the price and I wear it... (read more)

Overall this Rimmel Hide The Blemish is not a bad concealer for under eye dark circles, if you blend, blend and blend and it does stay in place for several hours, but I would not recommend using it for spots, as it just makes them way too obvious. I found for me this concealer was a little on the thick side and a little bit too orangey for my pale skin tone. A good choice if you have a more sun kissed skin tone and don't mind blending for ten minutes. (read more)

I have used Hide and Heal for years and still think it is the best for camouflaging spots. It goes on easily, and with a good magnifying mirror you can rub it in as much as you want to, so that spots and marks are completely camouflaged. (read more)

Rimmel Hide The Blemish smells really weird....and it is very resistant to wanting to be rubbed in...it is almost like putting oil pastels on your face. (read more)

I only got Rimmel Hide The Blemish as emergency 'I've run out of concealer and needed to buy a cheap one quick!' This concealer does not hide spots but maybe it might help take out redness and would work well with foundation and some powder. But do not wear this on its own. I really think it didn't blend in well to skin which made me paranoid of causing premature ageing due to increased pressure of rubbing into skin.
Even for under eye, I get frustrated and resort to using light coloured...

I used Rimmel Hide The Blemish Concealor and noticed that it is no where as good as Rimmel Clear Complexion Coverstick. It started to melt, and went really quick. However, the clear complexion one lasts for ages, covers up spots and dark circles and does not melt! (read more)

I used Rimmel Hide The Blemish for years ever since I started using makeup, but it is only really good for under eye circles, because it just makes spots stick out like a some thumb. It just makes them look worse by makeing them orange so they stand out!!
It covers well and is very cheap. But it has a thick texture so I started to use a lighter one.

I use the Rimmel Hide the Blemish Concealer when I have circles under my eyes and it is absolutely perfect for this use. No-one can see them in anyway shape or form when I use this concealer. I have tried using other concealers but none works as well as this one. I use Ivory as I have a pale skin tone so just get the one that matches yours as there is a selection and away you go. Also, it lasts for ages. (read more)

I have been using Rimmel Hide the Blemish ever since I started wearing make-up. I have tried other brands but always go back to this one. The packaging is compact (if not a little dull) but it lasts for ages. It has great coverage and has a really creamy texture making it very easy to blend. There are several shades to choose from so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a suitable one. At around £4, I think it's excellent value for money. (read more)

The packaging of Rimmel Hide The Blemish is fantastic, it is so compact, it fits into your bag, and looks good in it.
The fact that it is really creamy, you can blend it in really well and it doesn't take long either, you can use your fingers, or a small lip brush to apply.
This product is available in all really good makeup stores, like superdrug, boots, and supermarkets.

I totally agree with the other 2 people who said Rimmel Hide The Blemish stick is no good. I have used this before and it just doesn't hide blemishes very well. I have red thread veins on my nose and I have used it on my nose but after about half hour its all gone, even though I use powder on top, and my nose is back to looking red again.

<br>Don't waste your money on this product, even though its cheap its not effective!
