I refuse to use any other powder than Benefit Get Even! I have problem skin, in that it is very, very pale, very oily and I have a lot to cover up in the form of spots, scars and dark circles. I use the lightest shade, which is called '01', and it is the perfect shade for my skin. It keeps the oil at bay and eliminates any shine (I love a matte base) and also keeps the redness down from my many imperfections, giving me an even skin tone. Benfit claim that "This double-duty blotting powder blot, blot, blots away shine & conceals blotchiness. The ultra-silky formula leaves your skin with a flawless matte finish." (Benefit UK Website) It certainly delivers! I gave it four stars for ease of use because it comes with a little sponge to use, but it's far, far better to use a powder brush. Also at £21.50 (August 2009) it is rather pricey! However for me it is worth it, but I would advise people to go to their local Benefit counter and try it out before forking out only to find it's not for them!

It has a nice compact case that comes with a posh applicator sponge. However, BeneFit Get Even clots on my face! I have fairly oily skin but no other powder has ever clumped together on my cheeks like this one. Not worth the money at all, it gathers into little "powder spots" on the skin.

I have recently taken a liking to more expensive make-up, and thought I'd give benefit a try. I bought this Get-Even powder for £21.50, and it isn't really worth the money.

It comes in a stylish, compact case. It could easily slip into your pocket or handbag.

When I applied it, it didn't cover any little red patches of skin or imperfections well, even after putting more powder onto the sponge. It is ideal if you are looking for a light, natural powder but that wasn't what I was afte ...

Although there are only three color lines, BeneFit Get Even is amazing for evening out skin tone instantly. The product also is good for people who have oily skin. Not only does the product not turn into an oily consistency as the day wears on, but a quick reapplication can make you look like you are fresh from the day spa. Get-even does not have the "caked-on" look that some other products have (including other products in the Benefit line--i.e. Hoola). All in all, it is a fresh, clean powde ...

BeneFit Get Even is a nice pressed powder if you don't need a lot of coverage. I am a huge advocate of BeneFit's cosmetic line, except for this product. I don't think it is worth the bucks. Go Clinique and it is cheaper.
