Good Points: Great coverage with great choice in colour tones. I personally think good value, a little goes a long way.
Bad Points: None really.
General comments: I have tried many foundations from the well known brands to the not so well known. From the cheapest to the dearest. I decided to try this purely from testing the shades and with it not being anything like the dearest decided it was worth a try. I am now on my third bottle. You can build up the colour a little more were required. I do have mild dry skin and so I do moisturise beforehand and so colour lasts all day.
I will continue to buy as wearing this foundation I have had staff from the Dior counter comment on my skin!

It had a nice bottle. The foundation didn't stay on. It was sloppy and turned my face greasy in the summer. I bought Ruby & Millie Base Formula once and I will never buy it again.- Read Guest's review (35 words)

This foundation is so good. The best I have ever tried it goes on your skin so well and covers up everything you want it too. It has no smell which I like also. Buy this foundation once you have found the right shade for you I swear you will never uses another foundation again- Read Guest's review (58 words)

On the whole I think Ruby and Millie's Liquid Base is a great foundation. I have tried just about every foundation on the market, and I would say that this one is right up there with some of the top-of-the-range, higher priced brands. It gives great coverage, yet still stays sheer and luminous on the skin. The idea is that you can build it up in 'layers' where you need it most, but I think the coverage is so good you only need to use a very small amount. It lasts all day too, which is really u ...- Read Yadevol56's review (362 words)
