    I took my phone (sony e. to be repaired, sticky no 3 on key pad. 3 months old, still had protective cover on screen, got back 3 weeks later could'nt repair it they said so sent a recon. Sreen covered in scratches. Sent away again came back screen covered in scratches. Idiots, cannot get any sense out of any of them. Would'nt touch them ever. Non existant customer relations + could'nt care less attitude. Use them at you peril.

    I purchased this phone and line rental through the carphone warehouse. I asked for my old number to be transferred and supplied a pac at the point of sale. My pac was not used and so now I have a totally new number that is no good for me. To add insult to injury, I have asked them to sort it out and they haven't. I have had to wait on hold for 30 mins and still no resolution. Really disappointed and fed up.

    I find it very amusing when i read some of the reviews on this site.I have dealt with the Carphone Warehouse for many years and the servise has always been great with friendly and helpfull staff.
    What they have to deal with in terms of rudeness and the general level of stupidity members of the public have has to be seen to believed.Ive seen everything from idiots using phones outside of a shop in the tipping rain then saying how it can be waterdamaged???doh its an electronic device,to ive never ...

    Terrible service, guaranteed to delivery to local store for it not to turn up. Store never answered phone despite trying several times, so had to go through head office. Had to travel 30 miles to another store to collect.

    I bought Samsung c3050 from E2Save [Carphone Warehouse online]The price was reasonable and postage free,The phone arrived quickly via DHL.The purchase had to include an extra £10 airtime[Orange payasyougo},this was supposed to register after 72 hours but didnt.After several days I phoned customer services who said go into the local shop after a further 72 hours and they would put the £10 on the phone.The assistant in the shop said " oh no I cant do that,what they dont tell anyone is ...

    I bought a Samsung Tocco Lite brand new from the Carphone Warehouse and 8 weeks later the touch screen started freezing.     I bought a refurbished C902 online from CW. Bad mistake. Within hours it was locking up during calls. I returned to a shop to be repaired. Picked it up 4 days later and they couldn't say what they had done to it but it was worse. Wouldn't give me a refund as they said I had handed it in for repair. I managed to return it after several phone calls. The shop failed to give me a refund due to poor staff training in handling these.     If you have problems with your phone you may as well talk to a brick wall. My phone developed a fault with keys not operating, they had it for 3 weeks to repair. When I got it back it wouldn't read the sim card, they then had it back for another 2 weeks, on return it still wouldn't read the sim card. They currently have it again for "repair".     I have always found Carphone Warehouse to be very helpful and I would only ever buy from them. I have read reviews here, i couldnt imagine alot of this actually happening or maybe the truth has been bent a little.

    My iphone went faulty within 28 days, went in store to tell them and was given a brand new one. Even in the past when a phone went faulty they sent it off for a repair for me. you wouldnt get that if you bought from the networks shops direct or in tesco/argos.

    Carphone Warehouse allocated me the wrong number. And allocated my real number to another person. I have since been overwhelmed by messages from this other person's granmother.

    I have been in talks with Vodafone, who have been trying hard to resolve the issue even though they weren't the cause of the problem at hand.

    Terrible, do not use.

    Bought a phone from CW and a month later it went wrong. Took it back for repair. Came back with a photo to say it was damaged with condensation. This was nothing to do with me as it has never been out of the house. They refused to replace it.

    Customer service to buy is excellent, lousy when something goes wrong.

    I got a phone from Carphone Warehouse and found them to be really helpful, I got a good deal on a payg phone, they did try to upsell me but overall i was pleased

    I have had quite a lot of experience of the Carphone Warehouse, and unfortunately it has all been bad. From buying pay as you go phones from the Carphone Warehouse: most phones CANNOT be returned if they are incompatible with your current set-up i.e. PC/operating system. In my case, this Samsung Tocco Lite would not sync with my Outlook contacts, which meant it was completely useless to me (something I could not have know without actually buying the phone).     I have had many problems in dealing with Carphone Warehouse. I was told by Orange & Carphone Warehouse that if I go into the store 2O miles away that I'd get my phone replaced there and then for a working one - which didn't happen.

    The member of staff told me explicitly I could not get a replacement phone during its repair - despite having received a letter today saying that they had tried to get in touch to tell me that my phone had been sent away and that they would give me a replacement one ...

    i feel violated that carphone warehousedo this to people,the nokia 5530 that they sold to me on voda has no mms settings, none from nokia , none from voda they cant legaly sell a fone that doesnt work!!get your fone from the proper shop only.xxxxx

    Went into one shop for this phone, which was on display, and was told that it was no longer made.Tried internet site and it showed they were in stock. Ordered on line to collect at at my local store. Received email quoting delivery date and went to nominated store to collect phone. Was told their computer stated it had not been dispatched to them.     Do not purchase a phone or take out a contract with this group - their customer service is appalling. We have been with them for some time, and received a cold call to extend our contract and get 11 months free through redeeming our bills.     I had a mobile phone contract with Carphone Warehouse for 18 months, half way through they

    Heard advert for exclusive offer 300 texts, 300 minutes with car phone warehouse. Signed up, but they entered details incorrect, went back changed all details, still I did not get the texts and minutes advertised, still sorting it out! Staff rude, abrupt, untrained, unfriendly and offer no customer service.
