Debit card payment system failed at entrance and staff were unhelpful and confrontational. After a long wait they refused to offer any discount or apology. We left the park without going in. Appalling customer service.

Having read the reviews and spoken to other people before we set off, I was worried about coming here with such young children. However the ones over 1.4 had plenty to ride on and even braved Stealth. I would say if you are going as a family with little ones and bigger kids then this park is okay but if you only have little kids then Chessington World of Adventures is probably a better bet.
My only other comment would be is to make sure you take waterproofs are you are sure to get wet!!!! If y ...

This park is awesome for all the family. I am a theme park enthusiast so I know what I am talking about when I say this park is easily the best in the UK. The rides are second to none and they make queuing fun because of the theming. Just superb.

STEALTH;
When you are queuing your heart is beating so fast! When you sit in the carriage it's not as bad because you feel safe and secure. 321.. It goes so fast you cant even think! But you get to the top and can see for MILES! It drops and omg, its amazing. I can barley remember it! But its SO worth it.

The rides are absolutely AMAZING!! Nemesis Inferno is probably the best ride in Thorpe Park, with Samurai coming close second. I'm certainly hoping to go there again soon :D

Thorpe Park is just the best them park in the world could not be better. Love the rides, Stelth is the best and the fastest. Has loads off good rides and is good for money. A little bit long for waiting but you have a good time.

Although i have expressed these negative feelings I believe that Thorpe Park is a great day out for the whole family and i will still keep visiting it.

I took my son and nephew yesterday. We queued for one hour to buy our admission tickets, which came to £74. We finally got in at 11.15 they went straight onto Nemesis. I lost sight of them at the top of the queue (after 40 mins) when they looked like they were almost there. After another 30 mins I thought I had lost them so reported them missing! I couldn't believe that it had taken them so long to get on. Once reunited we found that Loggers leap, Tidal Wave, X No Way Out, Samurai and Rush ...

I read all the other reviews and I know the queues are long but what do you expect. I also saw that people have been complaining about the rides being closed, but just before you leave the house go on the website and it will tell you what rides are closed. So you know.

Thorpe park has gone down hill and it has also become too scary. I like going there but when I get there I am like oh great there's no rides for me . Good - thrilling wet rides!

Brilliant rides!!! Really cool ones,...I went there with my friends for a gold club trip and it was one of the best days out with my friends ever!! If you want to go to a theme park Thorpe park is definitly the one! I loved it. I would DEFINITLY go again. It is my favourite theme park! Go there!! Waiting for rides is really long!

Thorpe park is fun and has lots to do and its impossible to get bored. They have wicked rides Stealth, Nemesis and Colosos are the best. The toilets aren't very clean.

I loved Thorpe park. I went there with my friends and it was definitely a brilliant day to remember!! If your thinking of going to a theme park come here!! You get what you pay for and this is absolutely fabulous!! If u like BIG rides COME HERE!!Its great! Simply the best of the best. I would definitly come back!! It was one of the best days out with my friends ever! Only bad point waiting for rides takes a long time.

I liked the rides and the choose of the rides also the food was brilliant. I loved it as a day out but it is so tiring and makes your legs ache. It was the best can't wait to go again. The price of the food also the queue lines and the admission price is way to dear.

We went on a weekday in September and it was still very busy, so I'm glad we didn't go in the summer.
Several of the rides were closed, Nemisis was then closed whilst we were in the queue. Pirates 4d was in 2d. Trying to find somewhere to eat was a nightmare and pizza hut was full, so we had to wait for a table.
The queues were also long for the time of year and my boyfriend waited over an hour for Colossus.
Most of the rides are of the thrill seeking variety and not really suitable for most sm ...

spent £88 today for family of 5, to find 1 child under 1metre shouldn't have paid, the kids used 4 rides and the adults none as we had kids.
refund refused after 30 mins in park and hadn't used the parks rides. Its not good for small kids!
I'll never visit again, staff unhelpfull and take the law into their own hands, refused to refund a debit payment.
2 hours on 4 kids rides and paid extra for food &pounnd;88

I have been very disappointed the last couple of times have gone Thorpe Park and will not be going back. Both times a lot of rides have been broken and no staff actually knowing what is going on. The last time just went it said limited rides but they didn't say limited meant most of them! Again if they weren't limited they were mainly broken. Reasonably good. The rides - the new high stealth and dentonator especially. Bad points queuing up for rides on peak times and expensive food.
