  i had mira sprint 9.5 kw fitted in 2001. it worked fine no problems, excellent pressure even when all the taps were running wc flushed washing machine never used to loose pressure, but in 2009 it stops working. all electrics work power light on but no water coming out. have to purchase new shower as it can not be repaired. it lasted 8 years not bad gonig considering only paid £149.00 when purched new in 2001...

  Had this Mira Sprint Electric 9.5kw shower for 2 years now. Always as hot or cool as we've wanted it. plumbing error is causing it to leak. But it's still working fine. I will replace it with the same model if it's still available. So over all very happy with it.

  Mira Sprint was purchased in February 2005 lasted till July 2007 replaced with same shower and this time it has lasted till June 2009, I am finding it very expensive to have a shower. The company only give a years warranty as I think they know it will not last much longer than that.

  Mira Sprint 9.5Kw.
  Had this shower for about 5 years no problems at all except decreasing pressure. The water is very hard as it is probably scaled up, looking for a new one.

  Mira Sprint Electric 9.5kw looks good and has quality fee. £149.00 for a shower that lasted 2 years ........Low flow light comes on after 5 mins and shut unit down , our pressure is way above recommended level . Had to buy a new shower as it was just out of waranty ....... not good

  I have had this Mira Sprint Electric shower for a few years now and am generally satisfied. Even when the weather is really cold it is possible to have a decent shower. Just a shame these few niggly small things have caused minor issues.

  My Mira Sprint Shower stopped working and I need to get something better. All the settings slowly stopped doing what they should have till finally all it would do is spit out cold water. I will look for something else.

  I got the Mira Sprint 9.5kw on February 2006. In March 2008 (this year) it stopped working coming up with pressure issues. I had the water pressure in the whole house checked by my water supplier, which was above the recommended level. I decided to contact Mira themselves they did recommend to send out an engineer but that would cost me more that buying a new shower!! Local plumbers do not have any spare Mira parts and they will be too expensive to order and install as a result i have to buy ...

  This is by far the best electric shower unit I have had. Water volume with a steady temperature that was, until I got the settings right, far too hot! It looks great too!
  I can truly recommend this to anyone.

  Water pressure very good and the electric supply fine but the Mira Sprint Electric 9.5kw Shower just would not work. Maybe it was a Friday shower. All the on/off switch can do is power it up, then seconds later it shuts itself down...or if the switch is held down, it works perfect but rather awkward to shower with one hand. Needless to say it is going back to Argos where I bought it.
