Good Points: Many tracks are presented in upgraded remixed sound.
Bad Points: They don't always pick the best tracks from each film on this album. For example from the film GI Blues they should have picked Pocketful Of Rainbows. From Kissing Cousins they should have picked Tender Feeling. From Tickle Me they should have picked Put The Blame On Me.
General comments: Elvis At The Movies is a good intro into the world of Elvis soundtrack songs. There are some great songs on this album, mainly from his later films. Clean Up Your own Backyard is a very funky, blues track with soulful backing vocals. Great slide guitar work and funky horns. Elvis almost raps at times. One of his best tracks in my opinion. Change of Habit is another great track with funky bass and drums. Rubberneckin is another funky track with screaming and grunting female backing vocals. Let Yourself Go is very sexy. From the early 60's I really like Elvis' version of What'd I Say from Viva Las Vegas.
Overall a very good buy. Glad I bought it for my Elvis collection.
