I am 10 which is 2 years younger than the recomended age and it's rubish!!!!!! I used it after my scalp was extremly icthy but not very flaky. I have been using it about 2 times a week for 3 weeks and it hasn't improved my scalp. It has helped a bit but not a lot. I feel it would help people with a less itchy scalp but people like me would not realy beifit them. One thing that would have helped would be like a rate of how many people who have tried it would reccomend it to a friend.
So all in all I would rate T Gel 2/5.
