    Charley Says... The Best Public Information Films in the World is an important edition to any film collection because it shows how society's attitudes have changed over the last several decades. The documentary shows informational advertisements on how to cross the road, etc., and has appearances from several celebrities from the time including several of the cast from Dads' Army. A funny but informative must see!
