Good Points: The card has always worked for all games I have purchased since I bought the computer 2003. I have never had problems with any drivers/updates etc.

General comments: I have used this card for 5 years, and am completely satisfied with its performance. I will definitely get another Radeon card for the next computer!

I have bought three ATI video cards now. ALL were junk!

I bought the ATI 9700 Pro and it started showing lines all over the screen in a week. I still have the card since ATI does not honor it warranties nor have support (unless you pay $130 a call to Canada. That's what it cost me for a 20 minute support call).

They should not sell their junk in the United States unless they actually have SUPPORT in the United States.

Personally I believe they should be prosecuted for selling defective ...

I wasn't too aware of the card's negative points well. I was one of those who thought that cards are all the same, no matter the manufacturer. So i'am here stuck with the "Made by ATi" card. Not that it doesn't perform well, just 5 to 20% lesser performance than the "Powered by ATi" cards, but that small variation matters too if not with the current games but with the DX9 games.
