Good Points: Great behind the scenes at the nice guy of sports entertainment
    Heart-stopping matches

Bad Points: A few issues glossed over.
Storylines incorporated into something that is supposed to be autobiographical.

General comments: In the WWE - Rey Mysterio DVD we are treated to some great highlights from the masked luchador. This is everything that you would expect from a WWE DVD with some great extras including over 2 hours worth of classic Rey Mysterio matches.

Our journey begins by showing how Rey got into the business as a teenager as he talks about the importance of family and the heritage associated with being one of Mexico's famous masked wrestlers. A large chunk of the DVD covers his WCW days, where he made his name and then fast forwards to his transfer to the WWE. The masked flyer also takes us behind the scenes of his home and shows the fans where his trademark move 'the 619' originated from.

I had a couple of issues with this DVD though. Whenever Mysterio is shown without his mask on, his face is distorted, this despite the fact that he wrestled 'maskless' for some time during his WCW tenure. Another complaint is that despite this being a 'behind the scenes & real-life DVD' they still work in an injury storyline which is nothing more than a WWE plotline as opposed to the real accout of how the injury occurred.

All fans of WWE and especially fans of the cruiserweight division will love this though, and the extras on the DVD are a good enough reason alone to invest a high quality WWE product.
