Good Points: Memorable brawls relived
Good For young/new boxing fans

Bad Points: Too many great fights rushed or glossed over
Anyone with a good collection will find this useless
The extras suck

General comments: Boxing Top 10 would be an ideal gift for a younger fight fan or someone who is new to the sport. Any veteran boxing followers, such as myself, would not find this DVD particularly useful, especially if you already own even a small collection. I've seen every haymaker on this video time and again so to me this DVD presented nothing new or original. What really grates me is that the top 10 comebacks section is too short, so we don't see the beating that the winning fighter has overcome against the odds, therefore anyone watching this will not be able to appreciate the significance of the victory. On the flip side, Ian Darke is an excellent presenter and his encyclopaedic knowledge of the fight game is definitely a plus point of this production. The main problem is that they have tried to fit too much into this and as a result the end product suffers. The DVD extras are also a damn letdown and as far as I'm concerned, fit for the trashcan.
